I hired this company to test for lead in a rental property. 10 minutes before arriving at the job they inform me that they will not do the inspection because it is a Section 8 property and they do not wish to deal with NYC Housing Authority. This was a complete waste of my time. It is also very unprofessional. They told me that NYCHA would call them and want to see their paperwork. What are they afraid of? Steer clear of any company that can't even meet the requirements of NYCHA. CALL SOMEBODY ELSE!!
