They were very professional. We had them test for lead in a multiple dwelling building. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the very confusing local laws of NYS, and the nuances of how we have to deal with the issues. They were on time, very thorough with their work, (very friendly, which counts), and seemed to very much care about the quality of their work. They were fair and reasonable with their rates.

I called Peter because I was worried about how contractors had been leaving and generating dust in my house - with lead paint - with my two young kids. We spoke on the phone twice . He listened attentively and was obviously well versed in the field and new what the current guidelines were relating to lead paint. When the contractors have finished i will hire 5 star environment to test for mold and any remaining lead dust.
