Juan was very professional and punctual and pleasant. I called him for an estimate, and within a few hours he called me right back. He came to do the measuring, gave me an estimate and was very polite and professional. I had other estimates and he was the lowest, and he did an excellent job. The patio door glass pane broke with a recent storm. Juan measured and said it would be about 10 days for the glass to come in. About a week later he called and said that it was in. We scheduled a date for installation, but due to the weather had to postpone it a couple of times. I also asked him to look at a couple of small panes in the front bay window that were cracked. He went to the house on his own time, and called me back with an estimate which was very reasonable. He cleaned up as much of the broken glass from the patio door as he could and made sure everything was to my liking before he left. He and his co-worker did an excellent job. Will definitely use EqWipt Glass and Mirror again. Thank you.

They were very good. The two guys they sent out did a great job. Very prompt, called back right away. They came over quickly both times, once for the estimate, and the second time to seal the deal.

Eqwipt was prompt in responding and providing an estimate. Juan took the time to answer all my questions and offered good advice. The price was better than most estimates I received. The installation was professional and clean. When I didn't like the look if the handle chosen he replaced it at his own cost. I highly recommend Eqwipt and plan on using them again in the future.

Juan provided me with two estimates. One for a standard glass and one for soup to nuts. After discussing the difference in thickness and star fire, I decided to go the 1/2glass that was star fired. They came and installed two custom doors, frames and accessories for my showers. The glass doors are amazing and Juan did a great job installing. They are the only people to use.

Owner was courteous and friendly when he came to estimate. This company had good reviews on Angie's list so I went along and hired them to replace a bay window for my new bathroom. $200 for the deposit and he put in the order. He said it takes 10 days for the window to be made. I was fine with this. 10 days later nothing, I had to call to get answers. He said the glass broke and the manufacturer had to fix it. So another week passes by... nothing, I had to call to get answers. So I called and he finally says he has the window and I scheduled an install date. The guys came and removed the window. When they placed the window inside it was so tight in the space that we didn't think it would fit but a little shoving and it went in. I'm no expert but I did my homework and there should have been at least half an inch for adjustments. The installer didn't replace the old piece of wood shim that was in bad condition I provided it for him because he didn't have wood or shim with him; this wood provided the pitch needed to the exterior. The window goes up and he doesn't even check whether the window is leveled why? because he didn't have any with him and this screwed me because it's off by 1/4, the top needed to be pushed out more. I gave him my level in which he didn't even use. When I tried opening the awning window it was scraping against the outer flashing because it was so tight. Who am I to complain? I needed this window now because it was holding up my plumber and electrician. Honestly, I could've just ordered my window and have someone install it but I thought they would be more experienced and knowledgeable. The last issue with this window is the tempered logo on this window, I needed it because the inspector will be looking at it. The print is so thin I doubt he'll be able to read it because I couldn't. I don't complain much at all, I'm very patient and understanding but this was just unacceptable. Juan always answered when I called and I respect that but if your running a business, admit fault don't point fingers. Also have the guys come prepared to the install site because they'll end up doing a hack job. It's a shame because I was going to hire these guys again to do my shower doors and mirrors.

I had a wall covered in mirror strips which involved extensive cutting and fitting and I had a mantle made of mirror that was attached to an already mirror paneled wall. They did beautiful work, were neat, polite and very helpful on the design of my project. The only reason I gave a "B" for the price is I did not get a price from anyone else - I hired them on the basis of Angie's List. I am VERY PLEASED with the outcome.

They installed two shower enclosures in two separate bathrooms. They did a great job and we were very happy with the service and the quality of the work.

They came out and measured my furniture. They made the glass tops. They came back and cleaned the glass and placed it on the furniture. I was happy with how it all came out.

We were very impressed by the attention to detail by Eqwipt for our wall mirror in our new bathroom. They were very meticulous in their work and made sure everything was perfect. They also mirrored around a glass medicine cabinet which was done perfectly. Even my picky father in law was impressed. Their price could not be beat either and I called around for several quotes before making a decision. They came right on time to do the job and the estimate. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely use them again.

He came for the estimate as arranged and gave me a lower quote than he estimated on the phone as well a a 10% senior discount. On the day of the scheduled appointment to do the work, he was running late due to traffic and called to advise me. He arrived to do the work about a1/2 hour later and did a professional job and cleaned up after himself. He was careful and pleasant. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Called up, got an appointment for an estimate. Showed up on time, and did a thorough job of measuring and detailing the scope of the work and discussed what options we had with our budget. Agreed on the spot to accept the proposal and scheduled a week for the installation. Weather was bad that week, several snow storms and was worried that it might not be possible to get the job done. Crew confirmed the appointment and showed up on time early in the morning and got right to work. All the glass was cut according to spec, and installed as described and documented. They went over what possible maintenance might be needed down the line, cleaned up and were done in a few hours. Will be contacting them again for some other work we have coming up.

I called for an estimate. He actually answered. I requested a written estimate, which was free of charge. He came to my house within 24 hours of my call for the estimate, gave a written estimate on the spot, and his price was competitive.

Overall it was great. They have us a fair price and scheduled the appointment very quickly. We had been having a leak which is why we needed to get the doors re-sealed. They told us they could not guarantee the leak would be fixed due to the set up of the shower, and we still had a little leak after the job was done so we called and they sent someone back immediately to put a little more silicone and look at any areas we thought might be troublesome. Even though they told us up front that they could not guarantee that the leak problem would be fixed, they were still willing to send someone back to do some extra sealing at no charge-in other words, they stand behind their work!! It was so nice they were so quick to stand by their work, no questions asked, no problem! What a pleasure and therefore I will definitely use them again in the future!

We feared an old ceiling mirror fall down. Since we had lots of other mirror in the bathroom we were fearful that removing it create a problem for other areas. The company handled the job perfectly.

Mr. Contreras quoted a price over the phone accurately and he came to measure the table I was having him make a glass top for the next day..........he made the glass top and returned in five days as he had indicated he would do..........he was very professional and punctual............I'd use him again and recommend him to family and friends.............

I was pleased with the replacement glass table top that was sized to fit the table frame. Eqwipt was professional and the delivery of the table top was timely despite of the weather.

They did a great job. Did not think it would turn out as well as it did. Really happy with the service.

We had bathroom wall mirror installed. The mirror cracked due to some holes for wall lights. They came back immediately and replaced mirror quickly and cleanly.

The overall service of this job was great. We called them Monday, next day or two a technician came to measure our front window. The next day or two it was done. Fast efficient and professional.

Didn't use him only because another repair company could do it quicker. I did call and thank him for the estimate and told him mybe in the future we could do business.

I can definitely recommend this company. I needed to replace the glass in a bay window. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate right away. They were very punctual, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The only negative is that when you call, if you get the answering machine, the message is in Spanish. I almost didn't leave a message since I questioned whether I'd be able to communicate with them, but I did leave a message and I'm so glad I did. I am extremely happy with the work they did.

The owner Juan Contreras was extremely responsive from the first time I contacted him. When I provided him with the approximate measurements for the mirrors, he promptly gave me an over-the-phone estimate. He gave me the senior citizen discount (as written on Angie's List). I called several Angie's List mirror businesses and his quote was the most reasonable. I had to change the installation appointment due to a construction delay but this was not a problem -- he adjusted his schedule to meet my needs. The workers he sent over were efficient and professional. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend him.

They were very late, but apologetic. The offered to give me 10% off of the job, but it ended up only being on a portion of the job. The work they did was good and the shower doors are good. They did damage my wall a little bit though, which I noticed after they left.
