A great experience from start to finish. Juan was quick to return my request for information , happy to provide his licensing and insurance information and quoted a fair price for replacement of my outdated brass-framed shower door with a clear, frame-less door. (I might add that Juan gave me a 5% Angie's List discount.) The first crew, which came out to take measurements, was respectful and precise, even putting on booties before they walked into my house. This crew pointed out that there was moisture behind several of the tiles in the shower door frame and Juan was kind enough to wait until my contractor was able to come out to remedy the problem. He declined any addition to my initial down payment, saying that he had no problem waiting until door was installed to the receive the balance of payment. Like the first crew, the people who came to install the door were respectful of me and my property. They were thorough and meticulous and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance and time before shower could be used. I would not hesitate to use him again for any mirror or glass work I might need in the future.

Juan was great , worked around my schedule for measurements. Was able to offer a quote immediately which i felt was very reasonable. Glass was made and installed within a week and it looks great. very very happy.

I bought a dream line shower door, and needed it installed. I was very picky on who was going to do the job, since New York City has really bad contractors. I was nervous and did a lot of research. Equipment glass and mirror are certified for dream line. They were one of the most professional companies I've ever seen. They came on time and gave me a great price. Juan responded very quickly to my inquiry. He sent someone to measure the window the same day. He then sent me a text with the price. The window was replaced two days later. Scheduled an appointment for a quote from Juan. He arrived on time. We needed our glass panels resealed and the bottom of the glass door repaired with new plastic strips. We were very happy with the completion of the job from his team and they left my shower glass sparling new. They were very professional and would definitely use them again.

The repaired window was ready when promised. The men came and popped it back into place, and all is good as new.

This provider replaced the glass in our broken bathroom window. He called the same day I put a request in on Angie's list. His workers came the next day for an estimate. My new glass was ordered and came in a few days later. They called me right away and we scheduled installation for the next day. The crew was professional, neat and did a great job. I have no complaints.

I called this company because of all the good reviews. I got a response right away which was excellent and Ismael (very nice) was able to stop by within a day or 2. He took a look at what needs to be done and said that his boss Juan would need to return in order to take measurements and give me the prices. At least four days went by and nobody called me so I called myself and I scheduled with Juan to stop by which he did. The visit was very quick. Measurements were taken but then he said that he'll email me the prices by Thursday which was 2 days away. Thursday came and no email so I called and he promised I would receive it by tomorrow. Needless to say I never received an email (and I even checked the spam folder to make sure). Moreover, I never heard back from them. What upset me the most is that this was time sensitive which I emphasized to them and this whole ordeal wasted 2 weeks and everything got held up. I understand that no business wants to say no to a customer but this is not right. If they are unable to handle the workload just be honest and say no.

Excellent communication. Professional & clean installation. Make sure to ask for the Diamond Fusion application to repel water and prevent buildup on glass. Its worth the extra expense and it lasts up to 4 years.

Juan was awesome! He responded right away and set up estimate for the next morning. He was on time and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and could tell trustworthy. I agreed to do the job with him for all 3 bathrooms/broken window and was ahead of schedule. His team of guys that came were great and as professional as Juan. I would recommend him to anyone and I have high standards.

A guy came to do the measurements and then within a week two of his men came to deliver the finished product. They did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with what they did.

We found Juan from EQWIPT GLASS AND SHOWER ON Angie's List about 2 weeks ago. We phoned Juan and he was at our house for an estimate within a few hours that day. He was very professional, measured for new shower doors and answered all of our questions pleasantly and professionally! Today, he phoned us that the 2 new clear frameless shower doors, handle bars and metal plates were all ready to be installed. Two of his techs arrived on time, and as promised. They did an excellent install and even instructed us on what cleaning products to use and not use on our new shower doors. They carted away the old shower doors and cleaned up nicely. Very nice owner and techs. We are pleased with the job and would use them again.

The work the company did was beautiful. This company was, hands-down, the cleanest, most professional, and courteous home improvement service providers that I have ever had in my home. I would never hire anyone else to do my windows!

I actually meet Juan while he was shopping for a watch. I showed him something he liked and we started talking. As we got to know one another I mentioned to him that I was opening a second store and needed some glass work. Juan showed up within a day or two to give me an estimate. He gave me such an excellent price that I was weary he might have missed something. I decided to do some research and saw his tremendous following. I later decided I wanted to see his shop, he welcomed me to the shop and explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. He gave me everything I wanted at a VERY FAIR price. The crew was excellent as well, they showed up on time, they were professional and CLEAN. This project was not easy by any means, (jewelry store with lots of glass showcases) when a few pieces didn't fit juan came, remeasured and installed the right piece. A month later I needed the door he installed adjusted (wanted it to close softer) he showed up and fixed it ASAP. They are simply the BEST.

Juan was a professional. There was a hiccup in communication regarding the shower door handle, but it was resolved immediately. My upgraded door handle is gorgeous.

They did a great job! I called them to get a quote and they came right over. They had to wait on my contractor to finish before the glass was installed but they followed weekly with me. I have several other bathrooms and a gym and I'm definitely using them!
