Description of Work: Mark came quickly as I needed a time sensitive job completed. His prices were reasonable and he performed the work quickly and completely. He was willing to look at other work and negotiate prices with me. He even entertained the daycare kids who were very interested in his work! I was very happy with his job.

Description of Work: Mark was great. He came to my home and helped me with some little things I needed done. I was afraid the jobs were to small to have anyone want to come out but he was very friendly work was done quickly and I will definitely be calling him again in the future.

Description of Work: I had him replumb my shower, install new fixtures and part of the tub surround. His work is methodical and thorough. Plus my dogs liked him and they are excellent judges of character.

+ 3 moreMark is a soft spoken, articulate, easy to communicate person. He is thoughtful in his responses to the jobs presented and realistic in his estimation of how long it will take to complete them. We had 5 jobs we needed completed. As stated above , the most urgent was to rebuild the deck, which he did. The 2nd job was to fix our bathroom door, a pocket door which had fallen of its hinge. Actually it was more complicated than we had thought and Mark worked on the door (even before we hired him to fix our deck), trying to repair it for us before he left. He spent over an hour attempting to fix it and then let us know that new hardware was needed . He ordered the hardware and returned with it on the day that he came to repair the deck. He fixed the door (it has been broken for 2 years) . We have not received the bill for that job yet, but he did discuss the cost with us at was definitley reasonable for the amount of time that he spent . He will be returning over the next several months (he has other jobs previously scheduled) to complete the 3 additional jobs . I would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to anyone needing a handyman. He is that rare combination of intelligence, skill and he is easy to work with.
Description of Work: We contacted Mark for 4 specific jobs--the most urgent to complete was redoing our deck, to make it safe for our granddaughter. He completed the job in 11/4 days (because of a thuderstorm whcih made working outside impossible). He not only worked quickly, but the job was done perfectly and in time for the arrival of our granddaughter.
