Description of Work: I love the cleaning that is done. My only issue is reliability. You confirm a date and they don't show up and you have to reschedule. I would give them one more chance though because when they do come the work is great.

Description of Work: Was supposed to provide 4 hrs of housecleaning. Took several days for the provider to respond to my requests for service. Through email, appeared to be severe language barrier. Provider would not schedule in advance. The provider would email the day before and would say " I can come tomorrow at 9am. Not easy for me to do that when I have other responsibilities. Angie's list has said that they will credit me towards a future service because I could not be refunded because it was beyond the 30 day period. How can the provider get away Scott free if they never schedule within the aloted time? Oh well. Don't recommend.

Description of Work: After a few phone conversations we managed an appointment convenient to both of us. Tony arrived promptly, and performed as much yard cleanup work as he could for 2 people in 2 hours. I am satisfied with the work performed.

Description of Work: Cleaning was alright, but it was very difficult to make contact with this provider and when I finally was able to reach them and set a date and time, they were two hours late getting to my home.

Description of Work: They were very late. They were suppose to arrive at 11:00. They came around 3:00. 2 people were suppose to come and clean my house for 3 hours, but 4 actually came and cleaned for 1.5 hours. Felt like they rushed through my house.

Description of Work: I paid in advance for 1 person for 4 hours, 3 women came and stayed just over 1 hour. 1 woman spent most of the time texting on her cell phone. The top of the frig was not touched, the back splash was left dirty and the list goes on. I do not recommend this company.

Description of Work: Cleaned twenty windows and did a great job. Came almost 2hours behind scheduled time which was inconvenient, but they worked diligently and did not cut corners . I would use them again.

Description of Work: This was a gift- her response is: Power washed windows from outside. Hand washed all screens, tracks & sills. Hand washed the inside & outside after power washed. Everything was wonderful and would them use again for sure!!

Description of Work: Originally scheduled the cleaning service at 9am. On the day scheduled At 10am, 11pm, and 12:30 pm, were told they would be late. They decided to go clean a regular client's house intead, causing my cleaning service to be constantly postponed. Cleaning went fine, but left a little earlier than they should,

Description of Work: I booked them to wash my windows on 4/25 Gave them 2 dates they said they were not available month of May. They confirmed June 2 between 9-11am. I emailed them June 1 to reconfirm. They said they had no one available until the afternoon at 1:30 I switched my appts around and let them come. They finally show at 2:45. They are not professional window clesners, they are housekeepers. They did not even know how to remove the screens from my window. I asked them to leave and am getting a refund from Angies. I would not use them

Description of Work: A charming group of four people arrived and after surveying the house went right to washing the windows, inside and out, and the screens. They worked diligently for well over four hours. Because there were more than twenty windows, I was charged an extra $80.00 which was quite acceptable. These folks were honest and hard-working. I would not hesitate to use them again.
