It went well. They were quick, efficient, and professional.

It worked out great. I didn't call them to come in until October. It wasn't their fault. My mom got sick. Now that I think back, it took me a while. I e-mailed them but there were some issues with the e-mail and so they didn't get back to me. I can't remember what happened but the cleaning service was fine. They said like they don't work with Angie's List anymore. I waited so long but they honored any agreement I had. There were no extra charges. They did a good job cleaning. The pricing was very good. Yes, I would use them. My issue was a complicated one that had more to do with their relationship with Angie's List and how I e-mailed him on Angie's List thing but because temporarily or whenever they were not working with Angie's List, I never got the e-mail. That part was frustrating.

They were pretty good. The first appointment was cancelled. So I had to be in touch with them to make sure that the appointment is going to happen. Instead of coming on a Saturday, they came on a Sunday.The quality of work they did was good.

Admitted to stealing and forging checks from my house. Police have been called and a report filed @ 3rd Precinct in Nassau County

Aside from a couple of communication issues the service has gone very well. We are happily continuing the service.

Contacted 3 times to redeem and the first time they cancelled and called to rescheduled the last 2 times they were no shows.

I had bought a prior Angie's List deal for this company and they came as scheduled and did a nice job; in fact, I wanted to set up a regular appointment for cleaning and one to get my windows washed. I purchased this second deal, and contacted Bella to set up an appointment, which we did, with the window cleaning to be done if weather allowed. on July 26. I had a family emergency and called to reschedule and set a date for August 16 at 9:30, and they contacted me on August 13 to change it to the afternoon, it did require that I change my plans for the day, but no big deal. I received a message that morning that they could not come until three, which was not going to work, but that they would come the next week. August 23. I got a message on August 23 that she was ill and could not come again, but would come the next week, September 6. I waited at home all day and waited for them to show up, texting and leaving a voice mail to let me know when to expect them. No reply. No cleaning. An entire day lost. I was very upset and texted to please cancel and refund the money for the deal. I did not hear back, I just left another message requesting a refund and decided to file a complaint.

I would have given them an A, because once they came and performed the work they were actually really professional and did a great job getting everything that was requested. Had some difficulty once we got a date scheduled. There was a last minute cancellation the first time, and a no-show the second time. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the first was actually an emergency and the second a possible miss-communication. Anyway, once I finally got a hold of Tony and Camilla after the second missed appointment, we scheduled the service. This time, they showed up on time and ready to go. They did a great job. We were very pleased with their service and plan on using them at least once a year to come and perform window cleaning on the house. I would recommend their services, reasonably priced, great work, and overall a nice to deal with.

I tried calling them a couple times but never got through and their voice mail was full.

It was hard to set up the appointment. They did a good job on the windows. Accidentally tore a screen and put back the torn screen. I called the next day and they said they would pick it up and repair it. That took a few weeks but they did repair it and didn't give me a hard time about it. Overall nice job .

I have had difficulty scheduling the work.

I purchased the service on Angie's website and paid for it upfront. I emailed Tony's House Cleaning & Landscaping Services and we set up a date for the services to be performed. He emailed me one more time asking about tools. I responded to that email. I emailed them one more time before the job was to be done and NEVER heard from them again. I telephoned them the day the job was to be done but no one answered or ever returned my call.

They did some yard work, on time; they finished early on a different project and came out early. Communication was the key here and it was above and beyond my expectations

Tony gave me a time and a date that he would be at my home. He then changed the time and sent me an email but I did not receive it. Instead of honoring the time he originally agreed on he scheduled someone else in my place. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

At the time she was supposed to arrive, I called her, but did not pick up. Within a half hour she did call me and said that she was still at a job and would not make it. We then set up an appointment for her to come to clean today with one other person between the hours of 12 and 1. She did not show up or call to reschedule. I would like a full refund.

Went well. Good value... I will use again. Update: I tried to use again and they were a no show. No call. No show. No return call.

When I got a hold of them, they were very courteous. She explained what dates were available. She was very informative. However, I feel they need to be a little more structured in how they respond. On the day they were supposed to arrive they were did not reach me to let me know they were late or if they were coming.

I was delayed in getting an appointment with the company when I purchased it in April. An appointment was finally set up for the 27th of May. They were no shows and did not even contact me to inform me nor to apologize. I wrote to them on May 30th and they said they were going to come on June 3rd. They did come on June 3rd and told me they were going to include my downstairs windows. I did not check when they left but they did tell me that those windows had been done. I contacted them on June 10th when I found that they were not done. On June 11th they told me they would come back on June 16th. Again, they didn't show. They then told me they would come on June 19th and they never showed. There was always an excuse. They don't show, they don't call, and you sit around and wait all day. I have contacted them by phone and by Angie's List messaging and haven't gotten any responses.

I contacted this provider because they had a deal where I could get 20 windows for $129. I have 27 windows so I needed to know what the extra cost would be. They quoted me $200 for the entire job. They requested that I not use the coupon on Angie's List and they would honor the price without the coupon. I agreed and we scheduled a date and time. We prepared our windows for cleaning, moving blinds and furniture. We waited for them to show and they never showed!!!!! We called twice that day, left messages and again the next day. No return call, no further contact. NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER!

They arrived on time and I was not made aware prior to their arrival that I needed to provide cleaning supplies. They cleaned superficially without moving planters or tables to clean floors. While they got the job done, it was just ok. I have had other services come and their work quality did not meet my expectations.

4 people arrived to work. The person in charge was professional and responsive to questions. The deal cost more than another deal posted later. Without the deal, the service is costly.

They were to come out this morning and they never showed up. I did call to confirm this appointment but never heard from anyone. The appointment was this morning and they are a no show.
