I bought a whole house window cleaning package. The company contacted me through Angie's list and we scheduled the service for this past Friday, April 11 at 1:30 pm. On Wednesday a lady calls me to tell me they have to reschedule because it's supposed to rain on Friday. I told her lets wait and see what happens because I wanted the windows washed before Passover. Despite this she tells me they will come on Monday instead. I told her I don't want them here on Monday since we are preparing for Passover that day and to come on Friday as scheduled. Yesterday I contact them again through Angie's list to make sure they are coming. A woman calls back and says they will be at my house between 3:30 and 4. At around 3:10 a man calls and says I had spoken to his wife before but that they won't be coming to do the service because their window washing machine is broken, and that they will come on Sunday instead. I think this is all BS and that they overbooked and never intended to come.

They did a great job! They paid attention to detail and made my new home spic and span. They were punctual and responsive.

i have never written s negative review about anyone but I am compelled to do so in this situation. Bella was supposed to come and clean my home last week. The day before it sold to the new owners. She changed the time 3 times the night before, despite knowing that I had to drive over an hour to meet her there with my 2 year old son. She had done this many times in the past (showed up hours late without notice until I called her, changed the time of our appointment ALL THE TIME like I had all day to sit around and wait for her)- just an overall lack of respect for other people's time. Especially for someone who is getting paid to do a job. But I overlooked it because she was generally pleasant when she finally showed up. But last week was completely unacceptable. She was supposed to come at 10am, changed it to 11am the night before. I called her at 12:30pm to see where she was (she never answers her phone, just sends a text back) and she told me she'd be there in an hour. At 2pm after I had been waiting on my empty house since 11am, i called her again. This is when she started declining my calls and texts asking what was going on. I know she read them, as she has read receipts on the text messages, but never answered or called back. Had she apologized for this whole thing after the fact I probably would have let it go, but, nothing. I ended up cleaning the entire house myself, 9 months pregnant and with my toddler. I would never recommend Bella to ANYONE. She's an irresponsible and disrespectful person when there's a ton of great ones out there.

The cleaning went well. Three young ladies worked for 3 hours, never took a break and did a god job. I only have a cleaning service come in once in a while to do deep cleaning, they moved furniture, did under beds. The bad part was my toothbrust holder was broked and hid. The day they were supposed to come they never showed up. They supplied me an unworking number I find them undependable and could not use them again. PS I gave them a $20.00 tip

Camila is extremely flexible and communicative. She is efficient and I am very satisfied.

Three women came to undertake the project. They were pleasant, polite and friendly people to have around the house and the job they did was outstanding, especially on my very grimy oven. I recommend them very highly and would certainly use them again.

My experience was dissatisfying. I asked for three hours when they came. They brought a third person with them to cut the time short. They talked amongst themselves a lot. I did not feel like they did a very good job. I am used to another house cleaner you does a much better job.

The workers arrived late after I had to cancel the previous date because they could not come at the time we arrived at. There were three workers and I was told that because of this it would amount to "six hours of cleaning service." However, they rushed and left before two hours were up. They did a decent job but I don't think I would use them again.

Everything was spotless clean. Very pleased with both Tony & his wife Bella. They are true professionals. Tony even shoveled my driveway during the last snow storm. This was a move-in cleaning and they did an excellent job! I will be using their services going forward. The prices are very good and fair. We are very satisfied!!

they called up the morning of an afternoon cleaning, asked to move to the next day (a snowstorm), we said no thanks, they then said they would be there an hour late, we said ok, then we had to call them as they were now an hour and a half past the original appointment time and we had to cancel. We had a party for which they were cleaning that we then had to do ourselves. they were aware they were cleaning for that party.

After reading the positive reviews I bought this deal. I made an appointment with "Bella" who was an hour and a half late. I called to see where she was and she asked me what I wanted. I replied, "everything, I want the house cleaned." I spoke to her when she was done during which time she informed me that although I won't see a difference in the house today, if I hire them I would. When I came home I was shocked. The house did not look any different at all. I have two small children whose fingerprints were still on the furniture in the living room, dining room and the bedrooms. The bathroom tiles were not even wiped down at all. It looked like absolutely nothing was done. I contacted Bella to be told I have a bad mop, vacuum and cleaning agents, and that the deal was only for a light cleaning, which was not specified in the deal, yet I was quoted same price for a real cleaning.I expected a refund or re-clean. I was cheated. Don't waste your hard earned money on this.

Bella and her crew have been doing a wonderful job on cleaning our Manhasset house. Everything is so neat and clean after she is done. We really trust their attention to the smallest details. We also use her husband to do our weekly landscaping, and semi annual window cleaning and power washing and we are 100% satisfied with the job and the level of professionalism. We highly recommend them.

As a working single mother with increased responsibilities at work I don't have time to take care of the house and the last thing I want to do is the lawn and shrubs. Tony and Rosa are the perfect solution. They are prompt, do great work and are very friendly. They can do it all. They also took on new special projects for me. Window cleaning and powerwashing/mold removal. In addition, they are very flexible and quick in scheduling. I high recommend them and use them on a regular basis.

After using several cleaning and landscaping companies over the past 3 years, I joined Angies List and tried them. They were great! Their price is very reasonable for cleaning a house and landscaping/clearing. They do a very thorough job (I?m very picky about this sort of stuff too), and even do carpet cleaning and other specialty services. They were also very understanding to last minute changes/cancellations, and didn't charge us even when we canceled the morning of. They also did a very thorough job in cleaning up/landscaping for the exterior of my house. This is the first time I've ever written a review about a service I've used, but I felt that they worked so hard, and were so reasonably priced that I had to write this review. I would highly reco them for both home/house cleaning and landscaping services. Rich

it is very easy to communicate with tony either by phone or through the email i was able to schedule my appointment a week in advance. tony and he's people arrived at my home an time and asked what needed to be done. worked quick and would definitely recommend he's and he's staff will be using he's in the future
