Do It Right Plumbing really did it right! I had a scheduling problem and they worked around my problem. They new exactly what to do and did it quickly and professionally. They actually saved me money by repairing my garage disposal. I was able to return a newly purchased one for a full credit. ($135). We would use them again in a Heart Beat!! Great they replaced ( in under 1 hour) and cleared all corrosion deposits inside housing from my hard water.

Called Sunday when water heater was kaput. Made an appointment for early Monday. Arrived in time frame given. Agreed to estimate and he was back with new water heater in 30 minutes, and went to work with co-worker. New water heater installed in about an hour, and they walked me through the new heater. Both plumbers were professional and easy going.

ok once it got going. Had to stay on top of the owner to communicate back to me. Office lady said it was his MO but once he gets the job in queue and scheduled he is attentive and on the ball. I would agree. If project is flexible I would recommend them as they do quality work at a fair price

Scott came and got right to work.... we are slowly getting this older house up to code. He replaced the outdoor faucet that has been leaking for a very long time. Very neat, friendly, showed me all the work when done.... had to add a new **** off also. I showed him the other things that I have issue with and he told me that they can fix them all. I will be calling them back for more help..... right after I buy my new sink and faucet for them to replace! He advised me on what to buy and what sizes! Very pleased with my new plumbers!'

They took care of the existing problem and made suggestions for further solutions.

plumber was excellent. did the jobs quickly and efficiently. the a's for quality and professionalism are for the plumbers. did a through clean up when finished, which is very rare. the communication between the office and their staff needs work, when alerted to a problem the office did work to quickly correct it.

Our first appointment was cancelled due to a blizzard, but they came out the following week. The new water heater (power vented) is much quieter than the old one. They cleaned up nicely.

Upon inspection of the pipe they told me I would need to change it out down the line as it was old, but that they would snake it anyway. They ended up cracking the pipe during the snaking process. They proceeded to tell me they could cut the pipe out and replace it for over $450. This was for two men's labor for under 30 minutes of work for less than $20 worth of replacment PVC pipe. I told them that I was uncomfortable paying that much and could they please talk to their boss about the price. They came back with a $375 price point. I felt pressured to accept as there was now nasty sewage water/matter and smell in my basement, where the work was being done. In retrospect this was most certainly too expensive for the job and I feel taken advantage of. Essentially I paid $130 for "do it right" to crack my pipe and then was swindled into further paying an obscene amount of money. On principle they should have refused to snake the pipe in the first place and told me upfront I would need to replace it immediately. They told me that the original $130 could not be refunded. So in total I paid over $500 after taxes for the damage, labor and material I described above. This is more than my monthly mortgage payment. As a first time home owner and a young woman I am hurt and embarrassed to say I was taken advantage of. In addition I was left with the mess and stench to clean up off my basement floor as their version of a job well done was to use an old T-shirt to wipe the floor. (Isn't a satisfactory clean up part of the job?) Once I submitted to paying they did quickly do the job of replacing the pipe. However, I would not recommend these services to anyone and would hope that honesty and integrity would become an integral part of do it right in the future.

I thought the price was a little high. There is a good chance I would use them again. The workers would good and professional. They were very timely.

Everyone I spoke to was great, even after a scheduling problem on my end. They were able to accommodate their crew around my schedule.

Everything was fixed in an hour. The plumber Pat was very professional explained everything to us and took the needed steps to fix our problem without charging us for things that weren't needed. We would call them again in the future.
