Great service. Called them and they sent someone the next day to repair a broken pipe. Not only did they discover the pipe was broken, it was also split. It was repaired and attached under the camp. Very reasonable rates, prompt service. I would recommend them to anyone. It's nice having someone reliable to do buisness with.

I can't thank them enough! We have 8 kids and had a clogged sewer line. They were here within 3 hours on a Monday morning and had it taken care of in less than an hour. Very polite and professional crew. We will use them again for any plumbing issues. God bless!

We have used Do It Right Plumbing for many other jobs around the house. On this occasion, they made every effort to get us on the schedule yesterday. As always, they succeeded. Both installers were extremely professional and respectful. Both observed all COVID protocol. The install was done quietly, quickly and perfectly. I was quite pleased with the service and have recommended the company to many of my friends.

Guys did a great job. Very friendly. Explained what needed to be done to fix leak before they did work, after looking over the situation. Cleaned up after job was finished. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would call them again without hesitation. Very affordable.

They were very professional and did quality work. Both men had to work outside in a driving rainstorm but did so without complaints.

Two young men showed up the same day I called, which was nice. One was very professional, the other had a filthy mask on and didn’t say a word. I took them around the house to show them some plumbing issues. Said they would write up an estimate and someone would call me that afternoon. After several days later I called. Very nice lady said she’d get the message out. No one has yet to call me back. I hired someone else. I rated excellent for the first appointment for coming the day I called. Other than that... a joke.

The two guys showed up and did the work and did notice the P trap needed fixing so they also repaired that. Unfortunately when the 2 repairmen left they took the old faucet and the box to the new faucet with it's instructions and all it's spare parts ( The box was unopened and they could see the extra parts it had ) Now 10 days later the faucet became lose so I called them and they said they would make it right and sent a guy right out to fix it. He said he needed a rubber washer that came with the new faucet which was in the box the two repairmen took 10 days before. I then talked to the owner of the business who took the model number of the faucet and said he would fix it. Later that day I called and a new recording said because of covid 19 they would only be open 2 days a week and were limiting the number of jobs they do. So far it's been a headache to work with this company , we'll see if they make it right.

He checked pipes I already told him were not leaking. He disconnected one pipe, which helped figure out that those two faucets were plugged because turning my pump on and off when I was working on it blast some sediment into them and plugged them. He also left my outside valve on and days went by before I noticed it. He charged me $240 and was here for maybe a hour. So, they took apart one pipe, turned off my main shutoff valve, left one valve running. The guy didn't even know what time he got here, and I got charge for 1.5 hours. $160 bucks a hour ?! I appreciate the fact he figured out the faucets were clogged with sentiment, but $240 for what he had to do is insane. Even if he only charge me for one hour he was here ? $160 a hour is a rip off in my mind.

Their employee arrived and was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rather than just doing work and charging me for something that might solve the issue, he walked me through some options. We decided a new toilet would be best. Unfortunately with COVID-19 protocols, I have not been able to have them back. They went ahead and ordered all the materials needed ahead of time and are storing it until we can get the job. I look forward to having them back when this is all through.

As it turned out, the pipes need to be dug our and replaced, because they’re so old.

I was able to reach the company owner on phone yesterday. He scheduled an appointment for today, between 12 and 2. The plumber arrived at 12:05PM. Very knowledgeable and professional, excellent work. He was finished by about 12:45PM.
