Left message and somebody called me back within a couple hours, made an appointment for the next day. Plumbers showed up at right time. Initially tried to unclog drain (we'd already had Roto Rooter out unsuccessfully), but like 20ft of pipes were 60 years gunked up. Provided reasonable quote for replacing all pipe from sink to sewer stack, including installing vent, but as cut into old pipe finally found the main clog. Offered to just replace that part, but had them do the whole thing anyway. Two plumbers were pleasant, constant working, explained stuff to me, and cleaned up the huge and unavoidable mess from the job. Charged exactly what quoted in the end, they were here for over 6 hours, including after-hours to finish up the job.

Super fast and courteous. Had someone to our house to take a look within an hour. Very professional and all resolved quickly.

They gave me a quote and came the next day. They installed a new controller in the shower handle. Then there was a problem with a sink faucet. They attempted a fix. But it was still not right. They sent me a quote for a new one. I had to wait (due to illness) a few months to get a new faucet I wanted. I called to ask if the quote was still good. They said yes, and when they came I added more work for shut offs and a toilet. They gladly did it. When I had a small issue, they came right away and corrected it, at no charge. They were great.

Quickly identified the problem. Applied the fix. They were prompt, courteous and will use them again.

The Plumber arrived at the time scheduled. The plumber [Patrick] was very professional and personable. It took him very little time to complete the job and when done looked great. It was nice to meet some one who chose to work not only with his hands but also his mind. Job well done!

Got a same day appointment and he showed up on time and quickly got to work. Problem was diagnosed promptly as a clog in the line from the basement drain to the main sewer line. This required only the smaller of the tools which was very fortunate. He also offered to look at another issue with a bathroom sink drain, spent time troubleshooting, and made recommendations and gave an estimate for the appropriate fix. Overall, the work was completely quickly and accurately.

I have to say that this company exceeded my every expectation from the first phone call. Extremely professional from scheduling my appointment to the outstanding gentlemen that came to the house. My wife worked with them while I was at work and she could not say enough of how punctual, polite, professional, honest, and understanding they were. The repairs were completed to the highest quality. I can’t say enough. I’ve had the worst luck finding good contractors and this company has been the best I’ve ever worked with. It seems every year, sewage backs up into my basement. In the past, I would call the city. They would send a truck by to plunge the vent pipe in my front yard and I’ll be good for a year or so. Well, the last time they were called they told me they see an obstruction in the vent pipe that might be causing the clogs, but I would need to call a plumber to clean the lines out. Sunday, it happened again. The city was closed but they could send a truck out Monday. Figuring they would just do the same thing as last time, I searched for a plumber. I used Angie’s list here for the first time and called Do It Right Plumbing. I noted the great reviews and some reviews mentioned pricing to be about $80 per hour. I called the company and mentioned Angies list and their website. They sent out a truck with two guys. They plunged the vent pipe, which cleared the line and we tested the system by running water and flushing toilets just like before. They also found the obstruction in the vent pipe. I was hoping they would run a snake in the line but they said it would cost extra and they were afraid to risk the snake getting stuck. They spent time trying to remove the obstruction in the vent pipe but gave up. They did not have a camera to verify it but did state it was higher up in the vent pipe and should not be the problem. The whole experience was great up to the point he gave me the bill for $297, twice what I was expecting. It was an expensive lesson, but I’ll know better next time - verify the hourly rate before hand!

Pat was great! He clearly communicated his status on various projects and worked the whole day and even came back the next day to wrap everything up. He also gave me estimates on each item before he started work on any of them and updated me on the pricing as the project progressed. Overall he came very close to his original estimate and got a long list of items fixed and installed. We'll definitely be back and asking for Pat!

More work involved than anticipated. It was all done very well, however, and I would hire again.

I called about 11am, was told they would have someone there by 1pm. Text and email system kept me apprised of arrival time( they were having a bit of a problem with this system...I got double of everything and called to let them know). Plumbers were efficient, cheerful, and professional. Work was done quickly and the clean up was very good. They ran the washer and advanced through to the spin cycle to make sure there were no leaks.

My experience was awesome! Patrick came and gave me best case scenario and worst case scenario. I liked that he wasn't in a rush to do the later. He also gave me a price of what the initial fee would be as well as the fee that would have been charged if it were the worst case scenario. Would not hesitate to call this company again. I'm one very satisfied customer.

The plumber was excellent. I will definitely use Do It Right Plumbing again! The bill was $135 for parts plus $159 for 2 hours of labor -- plus tax the total was $317.52. The plumbing company had a coupon on Angie's list which saved me around $40 on labor.

They came the next day after the go ahead. Had to dig up well casing to find Pittman arm which was cracked. A discontinued plastic water line had been used and run under the driveway which had been paved. They dug a line around the driveway and punched a hole underneath the drive in through the basement wall. The deep well pump was replaced due to its age. The lawn was put back in order after a extremely wet spring and I was mowing grass in three weeks. Everything works great once the lines were flushed. They also extended well casing above ground

They took out the original galvanized pipes and valves and replaced with pex pipe along with a new 30 gal. water tank and pressure switch. We have plenty of flow and pressure now. The were here a day and a half. Much of the piping is in crawl space. Answered all our questions, picked their mess and disposed of everything removed. Replaced outside faucets with backflow preventor feature. No complaints.
