Description of Work: Installed a faucet, reverse osmosis system, and a UV light. We had all the items. Did a good job, except the drain on the reverse osmosis system leaked and got a bunch of water on our basement floor. We fixed it.

Description of Work: Two toilets were broken in 2 separate apartments, they fix both and did charge extra. Water was spilled on the floor in my downstairs and they cleaned up spill and did not charge extra for a part they had to get to put on toilet due to the water spill. I thought that was very nice of them and also they had to return on a separate date because the other toilet continue to not flush properly and they took care of this problem with no charge for visit. Description of Work: My tub drain was clogged and water was coming down through my kitchen lights and ceiling. The tub was unclogged, my bathroom sink faucet was replaced, and the the steel pipe plumbing was replaced with PVC to help prevent future issues.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen pull-down faucet. Initially plumber attempted repair of faucet, but upon examining, recommended full replacement (note, there was no profit incentive for them in this as I purchased the faucet myself - at repairman's recommendation). Returned to remove old faucet (more arduous than actual installation). Repairman, Patrick, was polite, a hard worker who took pride in his workmanship, and took the time to explain the work. Also stayed within the allotted 2-hr timeframe (i.e., did not use the 'deal' as a means of entry to then charge for extras). So overall, I was very satisfied).

Description of Work: Kitchen faucet had no water pressure. Within minutes of pulling it apart found a piece inside had broken. Put it back together and it worked. They are a wonderful company to use and I will be calling them again should I have a plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Fully installed brand new 50 gallon 40,000 BTU Bradford-White HW heater, removed old 20-year old tank. Installed new toilet, removed old one. Replaced 3 stuck water shut-off valves on main floor and one more for the HW heater. Provided advice to fix a few smaller issues as well. Roughly 2 hours total work time. Communications/business transactions handled by Patrick - all information fully disclosed up front, listened well and responded well at every level.
