Description of Work: Really nice guys. Told me about some preventative maintenance I could do and haven't had a problem since. I was running late (work emergency) and they even waited ten minutes for me to arrive.

Description of Work: I had to have my sewer access pipes cleared of roots. They came quickly after I phoned, arrived when they said they would and did the job. | |Unfortunately, two weeks later, I needed them to come back to do it again. I'm not sure why that was the case... but they didn't charge me for it. And they arrived quickly after I phoned and on time, once again. | |I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: While our clogged sink ended up finally draining before we needed service, I was very impressed with Do It Right Plumbings prompt response. They were avaiable the next day and kept me updated on their arrival time.

Description of Work: I like that I now have a plumber to call, this is a great provider, polite, fast, just very nice, they impress me.

Description of Work: They had a health emergency on the scheduled day and rescheduled but were late on the rescheduled date with no phone call to advise us. However, they did do a good job and I was happy with their service and would use them again if I have a need I the future for work they handle.

Description of Work: Set up new water, gas and electric service and moved washer and dryer to basement.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking tub faucet and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They had to come back to secure the kitchen faucet correctly but came quickly and always professional.

Description of Work: Took them 4 trips out to fix the plumbing issue when it should have taken 1.

Description of Work: "package" price was for two hours of plumbing work - two men, plumber and helper , showed up - so actual was 2 guys of different skill levels for one hour. They worked through my list of issues, dealt with most of them, recommended no action on a couple and action that went beyond the hour (deferred) for a couple more. Both men were courteous, friendly and helpful. My most pressing issues were resolved.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's list. It was $50 in materials plus the $130 deal price. The two plumbers were nice and worked efficiently. They added a new shut off valve to the main house supply line, and replace the PVC drain pipes beneath my kitchen sink. Overall I was pleased with the deal and service.

Description of Work: First used them through the $129 for two hours deal and they helped with several issues. Came back to install new faucet and set tub, charged $1200, brought in 2 plumbers (one who appeared to be an apprentice). Have asked twice for an itemized bill, and was told it would be forthcoming - never received. Also, the new faucet handle is now loose. Very dis-satisfied with this part of the work and with the overall cost.

Description of Work: They re-routed the pipe from our kitchen sink to the waste pipe. They did a good job, even finding a route to do it that didn't involve disturbing joists.

Description of Work: Plumbers were good, boss(es) not so much. Work was scheduled for a Tues., but instead a boss shows up to do an estimate, which was already done by phone & email w/pix the week before (& I took Vac time for their screw up). I took more time off the next day & the work got done. Then I get the bill with a lump sum that the boss authorized by phone. No breakdown of hours, rate, Angie's (or inconvenience) discount, travel cost, etc. Based on the 3.25 hrs. the (2) plumbers were at my house and even giving them travel time both ways, my discounts feel like about $100 in overcharges - but how do you know without an itemized bill? For all I know I paid for the previous day's screw up time too.

Description of Work: cleared drains in kitchen and bathroom. fixed dripping faucet in basement connected to washing machine. Were very good at the jobs. Do not remember exact date at this time that they were there. Would definitely use them again.
