I called and within the hour they were at my door. They assessed the problem, explained it to myself and my husband and fixed the problem. They were very polite, professional and also the cost was reasonable. I recommend Do it Right plumbing.

Patrick showed up on time and was extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions. On top of the work I needed done, he also straightened up some poor drain work that was done in the past. He looked at some issues I am having with our bathroom shower and told me how to get some of the parts warrantied to save money. Once I have that squared away I will be calling Do It Right Plumbing to come back and do that work as well.

This company has very poor communication skills and is very disorganized. We asked for a back up sump pump evaluation and a gentleman named John came by. Because we have a radon pipe currently installed within our sump pump area, John told us that he needed to do research to see if it's possible to place a back-up pump within the same area. Three to four weeks go by and we did not hear anything from them. After my reaching out several times, they finally called back and concluded that it was possible to do the installation and we agreed upon a date. My husband took a day off of work to be home for them. A different employee from the company showed up and after further evaluation, concluded that it's not possible to install the back up pump after all, because they were afraid to disrupt the radon system. I contacted their main office and the receptionist was not able to assist me when I asked to speak to a manager or someone who can handle customer service issues, saying "this is a mom-and-pop business". I contacted John, who could not even remember whether he or another employee had paid the initial visit to our house to evaluate the sump pump. He was not very interested in listening to my concerns and when I asked him why we had been told yes about the installation and now were being told no, he said it was because of the radon pipe. I reminded him about how he told us about the need to research our sump-pump setup and asked why this issue was not addressed during the research, etc. He could not answer my question and the conversation ended. I would have accepted an apology or, if they have owned up to the fact that they made a mistake. This is not how customers should be treated and I do not appreciate my time being wasted.

They did a very nice job. No complaints and no trouble. Clean and pleasant to work with.and in good shape. Very professional and did the job right. Help me to prepare what they need for the work and very efficient. they did come late last night because of difficulty on vehicle but hat is not problem.

In both caes, they arrived promptly and did their work quickly and well. Patrick, who updated our gas line and installed our new range, was especially helpful, talking with us about the water heater (OK for now) and giving us cooking tips (he used to be a chef)! Very professional, very reasonable cost. I will put in the price of the gas line work.

I am a disabled 61 year old women and our Hot water tank quit working Tuesday evening 2/26/2019 , So I called Do it Right Plumbing, They sent a guy out to look at our hot water tank , The guy said it was very old , which we knew it was. That was on 2/27/2019, I had explained I could not live without hot water & that I had an appointment with my cardiologist on 3/1/2019, So after many phone calls back & forth…Mostly me calling them ( The guy kept putting me off) On 2/28/2019 after waiting for them to call me back I called them , I finally was able to get them to install a new one. It took them no more than 2 hours and they had bought a new one at Home Depot ( I have pictures ) { A Rheem Performance 40 Gal. Tall 6 Year 32,000 BTU Liquid Propane Tank Water Heater) The price online is $548.00, They refused to hand me a bill, They told me they would email me one ( Which I have not received one as of yet.) So I had to pay them $1,857.60 that day, This is after paying the 1st guy that was here on 2/27/2019, $129.00 which he was able to made a bill out and hand me it . I feel like they took advantage of me and feel very discriminated against because I was in a very bad predicament and also because I am a women plus disabled. I would have at least expected an energy efficient model.

Friday morning, the kitchen sink would not drain and our efforts to clear it ourselves failed. We called one plumber we'd used before and they could not come until Monday. We called another plumber and got a quote, then canceled after looking at their (bad) reviews here. We then called Do It Right Plumbing and they said they just finished another job and could come right over. They arrived in 30 minutes and were friendly, courteous and careful in their work. The job took over an hour because of some complications - they were very knowledgeable and had all the right tools and got things working again. They cleaned up before they left so that you'd never know they were here. They stuck with their original over-the-phone price quote even though it took more than an hour, and their price was much more reasonable than the other quote we'd received. They earned an "A" on everything, we couldn't have asked for more, and we highly recommend Do It Right Plumbing!

I called Do It RIght Plumbing at 11:30 am and there was a repairman in my house in under 2 hours! He diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty gasket. The faucet now works great. While he was there he asked if there was anything else he could do. We were about to get a new refrigerator so I asked him to look at the shutoff valve for the water hose line to the refrigerator's water/ice dispenser. The valve was old and poorly constructed. He replaced the shutoff valve with a new one. The installation required the cutting and soldering of some copper tubing. He did a great job with this also. I have used Do It Right Plumbing for several jobs and they are my "go to" plumbing professionals.

They were honest and professional they told me the trouble that we were having which I thought was a much bigger trouble we did not use them to fix it because and it turned out to be a very small trouble but they were honest about It. They worked with me to come out on the weekend I would hire them anytime if I ever needed something

2 workers arrived on schedule and did what was required, and took refuse away. I was very pleased with their work.

Went well. Then 3 days later a water leak out of same sink, and part-owner came to stop the leak and order new sink faucets - which he said sink is out of date, 70 years old. But he seemed very concerned and ready and willing to fix the problem, took of photo of sink and is now searching for some kind of replacement.
