They did a very good job. Patrick installed a toilet. He was very professional, competent and neat. We were very satisfied with the service.

They were excellent as always. I have been very satisfied. It took a long time for them to do the work based on where my pipe was but they did not charge any additional fees.

They responded quickly to my call. They were also very fast in getting out to the house and finding the source of the problem. Price was also very reasonable.

The repairman was prompt ,friendly, professional, and efficient. He was thorough with his explanation of what he needed to do before implementing the repair. He remained thorough when he explained and presented every piece of equipment that he had replaced. He also informed me of what to observe over the next few days and advised me that if there were any issues that he would immediately return and address any possible issues. I was pleased with the overall visit and would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you!

The guys were great and the work was very professional! I used a living social deal and only ended up paying $100 more for the extra time it took. Still a very reasonable price for the amount of work done. They guys actually came twice; the first time they noticed a crack in one of the toilets we had bought from Home Depot, so we had to return it and get a good one. They didn't charge us for that first visit, either. When they came back, they installed both toilets and made us very happy. We will use them again!

They were on time, explained the problem, and solved it. They were efficient with their time. The $139 for the labor was good; there was additional cost for the fixture that they put in.

With DO IT RIGHT it went well...but last I heard, the contractor (Doug Badger) stiffed him for his work at my house or only paid him a small portion. I have no idea if the issue was resolved between them or not. HOWEVER...DO IT RIGHT was very courteous & professional. The quality of their work was excellent. They had to pull everything out the contractor did as it was entirely wrong and not to code

I was impressed with the plumber. He arrived on time, went right to work and knew what he was doing. I will use his service in the future and want to thank Angie's List for recommending his services. A real professional.

I had just the right amount of work to be done in the period of time. I went with this deal because there were not a lot of big things to be done. Not sure if the kitchen he tighten down the faucet enough. Another reason we did this is because we need additional work do in our kitchen because the ice maker in our old fridge leaded for 2 week and our complete kitchen is torn apart so we will need to.hire a plumber for installing sink dish washer . Only issue I have is they sent 2 people for 1.hour instead of 1 person for 2 hours which was fine but I think the the guy was a rookie. Finally note I thought Patrick was assume. Very professional and out going and knew what we had to had done and did his best to complete all 3 things which he did

Good to get in touch promptly and were flexible with my request to delay appointment for service 4 months after purchase of groupon. Was able to schedule appointment for the next day following my call. Was scheduled for 8-10am. At 8am received a call they were on their way from Fulton and would arrive in 45 mins- which they did. Two workers showed up, both friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and resolved the repair in 45mins. As payment was for 1 hour service and there was 15 minutes more available, they did look into another faucet's loose fitting handle. The problem was improved but unable to be corrected due to lack of correct fittings. My only suggestion to the team is to wear a little more professional / cleaner looking clothes - I know it can be a dirty job but I think a more professional look is better overall. Thank you.

Pat was wonderful. First he apologized for being late (not his fault), then he went right to work. He inspected both the outside faucet and inside pipes and determined what the best course of action would be. He then went to it. Was very respectful of my home, moved carpet, didn't track anything in, cleaned up after himself. Was pleasant and professional and found the most efficient way to resolve my issue. I'm a very satisfied customer. My only critique would be the delay in the appointment, was told they would be there between 8 and 10, called at 11 am when they had not arrived. They did call me right back and said they would be there in 1/2 hour which they were. They did apologize both on the phone and in person. Would definitely use them again.

Patrick struggled in brutally cold temperatures. He couldn't get access to the tank because it was frozen shut but he kept at it. They were fast, professional and friendly. I would definitely call them again!

I am extremely satisfied and delighted with Do It Right Plumbing! I bought the Angie's List deal for Do It Right Plumbing, hoping they'd be able to fix my bathroom faucet in the time that was allotted. The same day that I purchased the deal, the company contacted me and set up an appointment! On the day of the appointment, they were running early and called to ask if they could come earlier, which I was thrilled about. They got to work immediately, looking at my sink and trying to figure out why the there was no water flow. John & Patrick were very friendly and communicative about what was going on what they were thinking, which I really appreciated, since I know very little about plumbing. The culprit were the cartridges and they quickly dashed off to our local hardware store to see if they could get new ones. They called from the hardware store, explaining that they didn't have new cartridges, but they could get us a new faucet for less than $20, which means they would be able to fix the faucet that day. They also explained that this wouldn't be a high-end faucet and that it could give out relatively quickly, but I was thrilled at simply being able to use my bathroom sink! They promptly returned, installed the faucet (even cleaning off the sink where the old one was before installing the new one) and even took the time to look at my toilet when I asked. When, or if, my new faucet gives out, I definitely plan on buying a high-end one, as they recommended, and calling Do It Right Plumbing to have them install it! I look forward to using this company again for my plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Our well pump would not run so we tried to contact Mr. Rooter, a company we have been doing business with for almost 15 years. After 24 hours and half a dozen calls, we gave up and joined Angie's List. We found Do It Right Plumbing in our area had an exceptional rating and contacted them. They had a representative at our home in less than two hours. He checked over the pump and determined that we did not need to replace the entire pump, but rather the pressure switch. He completed his testing and repair work in less than an hour. We are extremely happy with their quick response and the fact that they saved us the cost of replacing the entire pump. We will definitely be using Do It Right Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs!

He found the clog in the pipes and repaired the pipes, since they were plastic and split the pipes while removing the clog, which was necessary since the pipes had been improperly installed before I bought this house. He was courteous, professional, and had no problem with my dog. Since I had work done by them before, as had my brother, and all of the jobs were performed in the time allotted, and neither of us paid less than $50 for parts. I will never go to any other company. It is wonderful to find an honest company that arrives promptly and fixes the problem.

This was a129.00. 2 hours of plumbing angies list deal. I thought i had a toilet problem. I didnt. He did clean a washer In a sink. My biggest problem was a drip in the tub. He put in a new Thingie and said drip would stop. It didnt. He said he never saw that before Called his office to find out cost to stop it. $550 installed. I said i would wait About 1 hour after he left the drip stopped. All in all. I was happy. He was Polite and knew what he was doing. If he was here for a 1/2 hour It was a lot. 129 for a 1/2 hour but didnt know that when i bought The deal. PS. It drips for about 2 hours after i shower then stops.

Patrick arrived promptly and was careful to take off his wet boots before entering the home (with hardwood floors). He first looked at both the dishwasher issue and the toilet in the master bath problem. Insulating the pipe going into the dishwasher was not difficult and he had the insulation on the truck. Determining the cause of odd noises coming from the toilet tank was a bit harder, but when he took out the flapper its condition was disintegrating and he thought it and the flushing assembly should be replaced. These parts would be the only cost I paid above the cost of the Angie's List "deal" - $129 for two hours labor. He left briefly to go and purchase the parts from a plumbing supply house. He finished all the installation, cleaned up both the kitchen and bathroom work areas, and was done in under two hours. Considering that my dog barked at him nonstop, he was very pleasant and patient. The cost of the parts was $43.20.

There was an additional scrap water heater in the basement that (DiRP) agreed to remove for $25.00.. I was not at home on this day but my wife and daughter were. They had given our infant grandson a bath just prior to the arrival of (DiRP). Shortly after they, my wife and daughter, discovered that the small childs washcloth was missing and the water tn the bathtub was barely draining. It was at this time, that (DiRP) had the connections made on the water heater and were waiting for the temperature to come up that my wife asked them (DiRP) if they would mind taking a look at the backed up bath tub drain. One of the (DiRP) went to their vehicle got a drain snake and had the wash cloth out of the drain in under 10 minutes. When.the temp came up on the water heater they (DiRP) handed my wife a bill for $189.00. My wife and daughter were flabbergasted. They figured an additional 30 to 40 dollars at the very most since (a) they (DiRP) were already here and (b) they were waiting anyway for the temperature on the water heater to come up! In shock, my wife paid the bill. ?Ethics? It was a long way from $25 to $189. .Above, I am not rating the work that Sears contracted with Do it Right Plumbing.

Excellent, I was busy at work and they did the job I asked them to do. They are professional they do what they say at a reasonable rate.

Allan arrived within the appointment window. He was friendly and polite. I showed him where the problem was, in a crawl space under the kitchen addition, and he went to get tools. He took about an hour to complete the work. When he was done he showed me the broken pipe and offered advice on how to prevent it from happening again.

The plumber went to the store to get a correct part but bought the wrong part and had to return to get the right part. This plumber was called away to another job and someone else took his place.. He finished corrections and left. I had to call him back becaue he forgot to cut off the end of the screw and the white caps would not fit. All in all a disaster for me as the cost was much higher. All in all I wish I had not seen the deal on Angie's list and had not had the work done at this time.

They are great to work with and I have no complaints. He arrived on time for the appointment and scheduling went just fine. They sent someone out within the same day I had called which I liked. I was content with the price as well.

I really like their service. They come promptly and on schedule. Two technicians came out to do the work and they were able to get the job done in 45 minutes. They were very polite in my home. I think they are very good at what they do.

Couldn't find the issue I heard (cold weather/possible pipe break), though he did try to find it,including checking the water meter. Thorough and competent, he instead plunged the tub drain at my request. Since the service took less time than anticipated, the provider is allowing a small credit on next call
