He said that i needed a new pressure gauge when he turned thing back on again it wasnt working right and he had to reset it a few times and couldnt guarantee it would work if i didnt replace it. I do not feel i needed this pressure guage. The pressure was never an issue. The pressure has always been bad on a few faucets and i told them this. I also advised them of the angies list coupon when i made the appointment and they said i could just mention it and they would give me the deal w/o going thru issue of purchasing. When all was said and done they were there 2 hrs minus the time they left and came back. My bill was 368. It wasnt itemized so i didnt know what the labor was or what the part was it what just one lump sum. I told him that i had that angies list coupon and he said ok ill be right back came back with 10$ off the bill. I called and told whoever answered the phone about this and they said it was not for emergency services. I said 'you told me i could use when i called' he said he would adjust the bill and it was never adjusted. No not satisfied and will look for another plumber.

The two guys did a great job. They were in and out in about an hour. I bought the two hour labor deal for 139.

It turned out alright. I probably wouldn't use them again based on the pricing for the amount of work they did.

We LOVED Pat and Mark. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and they worked efficiently. We're looking forward to our next project to have them back again. And kudos to Do It Right for hiring veterans!

Within hours of purchasing the deal through Angie's List, they called and scheduled service for the next day. Gave a half hour head's up before arrival (on time). Got right to work and efficiently addressed and repaired all issues.

It went well, the only issue was my being sick. I'm truly sorry for the delay with my feed back because these guys are really good. I actually left them on their own while I laid back in my recliner trying to feel better. Before I did that we toured the bathrooms as what n eeded to be done including the shutoff for the refrigerator. What I liked was the idea of them fixing issues they needed fixing or replaced, I liked that. My trust with them went well and the work was completed in the 4 hour time limit. Have to admit they where quiet and that may have been becasue they knew I was under the weather. No messes to clean up, it felt good to use the bathrooms with everything working the way they should.

It was fine. They didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t charge us as they didn’t find anything. They were very professional and punctual as I recall.

The 2 men called about 1/2 hour before they arrived. Earlier than the time window I was told but I was home so no problem. Very pleasant and went right to work. One worked on my kitchen sink. I had already purchased the faucet and I had cleaned under the sink and ready for the work. The other gentlemen, Patrick, replaced a tub faucet that had a deteriorating, singing diverter. I had told the scheduler that I would need the tub faucet in hopes that they would come with one but I guess they need to see what is needed. So, within the paid time of 2 hours from the big deal - two faucets were replaced - one I had purchased before and one took a trip to be bought on the clock - the cost added on to the $139 big deal. They also replace my shower head that I had. This work done took the 2 men - 1 hour

This is the second time we have used Do It Right Plumbing for various jobs. We have been very happy both times. They are very prompt, , friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again!

It went very well. They were both professional and personable. They should up on time, did the work in an expeditious manner, completed it on time, and provided excellent results. Further, they keep me informed as to the nature of the problems they were finding, and their progress in resolving them.

Their quote was considerably higher than another person who came and did the work. They provided the quote very expeditiously.

They were okay. He went slightly over the time, so there was a nominal fee of $30.24, which was perfectly okay as he did tremendous amounts of work. The person who arrived from Do It Right Plumbing, seemed to be perfectly remarkable, and competent, and that is always a relief. He gave accurate diagnosis, but they didn't end up being the agency doing the work. The major work couldn't be done in the allotted in the time, so she received a better quote from somebody else. The price was extraordinary for the work that was done. He knew what he was doing, he just didn't have time to do what needed to be done. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they could.

so far, so good...actual fix has not been implemented

My 15 year-old garbage disposal stopped working on December 1, 2014. I called Do It Right Plumbing that day, they promised a repairman would be at my house between 2-4 PM on December 3, 2014. I was also given the choice of supplying my own new garbage disposal or letting Do It Right Plumbing supply one. They assured me that Do It Right installs high quality disposals and recommended a 3/4 horsepower unit. I agreed to let them provide the disposal. The Plumber, Patrick, called twice during the day on Wednesday to confirm that I was on his schedule and called a second time to tell me he was on his way to my home. He arrived right around 2pm. He looked at my old unit (one of the bearings had broken), and replaced my old unit with a 3/4 horsepower Incinkerator Badger disposal. (This is a highly rated unit on Consumer Reports). Patrick was at my house about an hour and did a professional job installing the disposal. He did not leave any mess behind, he removed the old disposal and took it with him, and explained to my wife and myself the various features and and how to take care of the new disposal. It's now been almost a week -- and no water leaks either! I highly recommend Do It Right Plumbing!

I have used this company three times: To replace a leaky kitchen faucet line; To replace galvanized pipes in the main water line; To install a water line connection to the frig freezer. I found the company and workers to be professional and personable. It's a good idea to get an estimate of the costs for parts as well as for the labor. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly. Jim M

The young men had a little trouble and decided to go through stack. That did the trick. My only complaint was lack of professionalism. The one lad had his butt hanging out and his language was foul.

He did a great job. Arrived on time, and was great about communicating to us what needed to be done and why. Also answered a few questions about some old pipes in the basement that we had some concerns about.

Fantastic! The company was promptly responsive, gracious, and clear in all communication. Patrick, who did the work, was right on time, very friendly, very professional, and did great work besides. I already plan to schedule more work from them.

Excavation, drilling of basement wall, and pulling city water line into basement took a couple of hours. Final tie-ins to city water (reworking of basement piping) took a couple of hours. Excavation was backfilled and leveled nicely. Contractor was available when city came out to install water meter to make the final tie-in to the home. Very good group of workers, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very disappointed with their estimate. Their quotation was not at all appropriate. I wanted two handles on a shower faucet to get replaced and they said the two handles would cost $150.00 whereas I could get one for $5.00 from my local plumbing store. Responsiveness is very good.

I was charged the Angie's List price of $139 which had to be paid before they came. The plumber was here less than 1/2 hour. The same problem occurred two weeks later and I called a different plumbing service and the plumber took the time to explain why this was happening and charged me 1/2 of the fee Angie's plumber did and he was here longer.

Patrick was great and very polite and fixed the problem plus installed the new spigot and gave me instructions on turning it off during the winter.

He did an exceptionally dirty job exceptionally well, with a great attitude. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Thus far there have been no leaks. I found the plumbers to be professional, competent, and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Do It Right Plumbing in the future.

I purchased the 2 hour $139.00 deal which on its face is a good deal but buyer's beware it doesn't stop there. The tech replaced the outside faucet but when he cut his copper pipe he cut it too short so he ended up using some of our old piping. No big deal I guess. The faucet was done within the 2 hr paid period so he then started to work on the toilets. I have two Toto toilets and he could not get the valves to work properly, even a brand new one that I had bought and provided to him so next thing I knew he advised I needed to replace the valves with 2 universal valves, and then he replaced a supply line he said I needed, and then he said he could not replace the little water shut off handle (it had broken off when my husband tried to turn it) and so , of course, he would need to come back to fix that. So, after the 2 hr. deal I had already paid for, he was there an extra 1/2 hour and it cost me $196.56!!! So now I had paid $335.56. Yes, that did include the 2 valves, outside faucet and supply line. (I priced universal valves, most under $20.00). and he used the flappers I already had. Which brings me to the fact that before he left on the first visit, as we stood next to one of the toilets, we both heard it leak and add water!! The tech said it was just the flapper adjusting and he "stood by his work" so when he returned he would fix it if necessary. When he returned to replace the water shut off, that toilet had stopped leaking but now the other one is leaking. Great work. Oh, and that second trip cost me another $181.44 for less than an hour's service. .I will say the tech was a nice young man and I think he distributes his time usage and decisions as he is expected to by his company. So it cost me a total of $517.97 for an outside faucet and two slow leaking toilets, one of which is till leaking. I usually don't quibble about prices but this was just over the top.
