first I bought the deal of 2 hours of labor for $139 found on angies list. I was contacted the next day in the afternoon about what service I would like performed. The women on the phone was nice and did not give the feel that I was just another annoying small job customer. She worked with me on setting up a time because I had to as well set up a time with the water authority to shut off the water from the street to the house. When the day came to do the work everything ran smooth. Pat who is the man who came to do the work was nice, an worked fast. Pat completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. His joints that he solder looked clean and the area around in looked in fair shape. Note: the area where there was dripped solder was a tight spot. The only problem i have is with the price of the parts being way off from retail pricing. multiple times I found the angle valve for $40 and ball valves for 13-15 dollars. Parts with tax came to $151 labor was already paid for through the deal. next time i should ask if i can buy the part and they install them or have them give me a quota on the parts first before purchasing a deal on angies. Pat did not leave any marks on the floor or carpet but the shoe booties are always professional and nice.

Plumber couldn't snake the drain because plumbing is too old, so he thoroughly plunged out an amazing amount of gunk. Drain is still working well six months later.

After installing the disposal (the old one was a bear to get out), he was upfront that he might run over the two hours and gave me an estimate so I'd know what it would cost. I wanted an itemized bill for all of the parts that they purchased at Home Depot. I asked them about 20 times for an itemized bill and we never got one. They just kept putting us off and putting us off. I have no problem with the work they did. I just gave up on getting the itemized bill. What they did for us was accomplished, but we just never found out what we actually paid for the parts. They actually purchased it and then charged us. I haven't had any issues with their work. Their policies need to be fine tuned.

I didn't think it went as well as it could have. Two gentlemen showed up for a job which only required one. My Angies list deal was spent in the first hour alone as I had to pay for two guys. One of the guys wasn't a plumber from what I could tell, but a plumber in training so he did very little. There was also a leak in my shower drain that they were not able to fix.

the young man was nice polite and did a fine job but somehow the work went from two hours to one hour plus one hour travel time and the price went up $100. I needed the work done and have had really bad luck with plumbers so at lest he did the job even if it cost more than I expected.

Started out great. On time, courteous, nice people. They replaced the frozen water lines. Then it got weird. They wanted all of the money up front. We negotiated a down payment with balance to follow a project completion. The down payment check was cashed immediately after they left our home, which sent up a red flag. They never returned to finish the ceiling. Odd, since both men assured us that they would be onsite the following morning. They never showed up and we never received a call. We found someone else to finish the ceiling.

,Provider responded promptly to set up the appointment and was on time for that appointment. The water heater was flushed and general plumbing fixtures (i.e. faucets, sinks, toilets) were checked to make sure they were functioning properly. They were very good about answering any questions I had and did the job in an efficient manner. They made sure that the hot water faucets were running clear ( after the flush of the heater). I would use them again.

Pat unclogged my toilet for me on Tuesday. This afternoon our toilet backed up again. I called and received service an hour and a half later. It turns out that a piece of plastic my toddlers had flushed had gotten caught further down the line after he initially removed all the baby wipes they sent down with it. It was not an easy job by any means and went past their normal business hours. They charged a mere $100 for what would fairly be an additional $500 of service. I feel Pat went over and above in his trying to help. I am beyond thrilled with his service and will request him personally on all future jobs.

I bought a deal through Angie's list for 2 hours of plumbing for a clogged toilet. I was able to schedule service the following morning. Pat was extremely nice and was able to come earlier than they told me. He fixed my problem in no time. He also took a look at my water heater and gave me some helpful information as a new homeowner about what to look for. I will definitely hire them again

Scheduling an appointment with them was very easy and pleasant. They called ahead and arrived on time to replace our hot water heater. Pat and Todd were friendly and professional and they installed our new hot water heater in a very thorough manner. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of their job. They did a great job but I felt there pricing was a little steep.

They arrived on time and completed the jobs without any problems. They were very professional and solved several problems I had. The only thing I questioned was the use of two people that were paid. One person could have performed the jobs alone in the same amount of time.
