Patrick ? was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the valve seats of both hot/cold. He had to leave to find the correct parts. He managed to get back and install in time to hit the two hours limit of the Angie list special.

I called due to a water leak in my basement caused by a faulty shut off valve. The receptionist was very helpful and said someone would be on site within an hour. Plumber was sent out within an hour. Work was done professionally and promptly, however the $465 price tag was a bit excessive. Plumber spent approximately 2.5 hours at my residence which would be equivalent to $185/hr.

I called after they closed and the owner called that evening to set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber arrived on schedule and fixed the problem quickly.

They were great for responding to the emergency, but terrible for giving estimates on the other jobs. After 3 reminder calls to the company, I finally got a verbal estimate on one of those jobs, but never got a written estimate on any of them.

I like them a lot. I had the major parts so I think it was about $110. They hooked up the existing faucets. I've used them before I would use them again. They come very quickly.

It was so-so. It started leaking after they put it in. They came out to fix it. They fixed it once and it still leaks so I gave up. They were professional. They should do a better job. They had to go buy the parts even though I told them what needed to be replaced so it ended up costing double.

They came on time and did a great job. They were very thorough, and made sure I was happy with the work. They purchased new water supply lines and set that up along with the faucet that I had purchased. they also cut a hole in the SS sink so that the sprayer hose could be mounted.

They did not show, they did not call, when I called back they said maybe next week and gave me no valid time options.

My mom, who lives thousands of miles away from me, needed a plumber. I did a bit of internet research and decided to call Do It Right for her. True to their name they Do It Right, quickly, courteously, and at a fairly reasonable cost. My mom's happy, I'm happy, and I hope you will be, too.

called for an estimate and talked with 2 people and even explained 811 has been called to map the yard. about a week and a half and no estimate.

Showed up on time and came up with a cheaper solution saving me a couple hundred dollars by moving faucet location. Even left instructions for figure homeowner on how to winterize and tagged the shutoff valve for her! Came same day!

We noticed that the drain in the basement had backed up and began overflowing at 11 PM and got to work cleaning it up and making sure not to use any water until we could get someone out to fix it. Seeing as we just moved here, we did not have a regular plumber, so checked Angie's list and found that Do It Right Plumbing had lots of great reviews. Wow, each one of them was right. I called at 11:30 pm on a weekday, someone answered within 2 rings and told me they would call back at 7:15 AM to let me know what time they would be there that morning. They called at exactly 7:15 am the next morning and were here at 9:30 even though they said they gave me a window between 10-12. When is a plumber ever early? Amazing responsiveness, the tech they sent knew exactly what to do and had the problem solved and fixed within an hour. He also gave us some best practices (baby wipes should not be flushed people!!). The price wasn't outrageous, but seemed a little high. I guess that's what you get for great service and professionalism. I would pay it again simply for piece of mind.

First off this company was very responsive. I called around 12:45 and the guy on the phone (who I believe is the owner) was able to get me scheduled right away. They had someone at my house in under 2 hours. This was not for emergent work I was just getting a spigot replaced that leaked when backpressure was applied. If you're having an emergency sort of issue I think these guys are probably a good bet since I imagine they run a lot of crews to give me this sort of response. The crew was very professional and they explained all the work they were doing in detail. When we shut off the water to begin work the shutoff valve actually broke internally so this had to be added to the job. There was nothing they could have done to prevent this (I was watching at the time and he just turned the handle as you normally would). After that the job continued to go poorly for them as they had to leave for parts and then leave again when the parts turned out to be inadequate. This could have been avoided if they looked at the area more closely prior to leaving the first time but it was a difference of an inch or two and was a very easy mistake to make in my opinion. The setup in the area they were working in is much more restrictive than your average basement. The work itself looks good to me and all the components they installed are functioning as expected. Even with the extended time they stuck with the agreed upon estimated price which impressed me since the job took significantly longer than was originally expected. Complications will happen and the true test of a company is how they handle it when things don't go as planned. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use this company again in the near future.

We had our sewer back up in our basement on a Saturday evening and called a bunch of people listed on Angie's list that said they had 24 hour emergency service. This was the only company who answered their phone and said they would have someone out to us in the morning. None of the others ever even called us back. Patrick came out and was very friendly and super helpful and got everything fixed in about an hour. Only thing we weren't happy with was the price which seemed a bit high but it was a weekend service call. And we were so grateful they came so we could use our toilets!!!!! My mother has cancer so this was a pretty major issue for us. We will definitely call them again.

Came the next day, had the part in his truck, was done in an hour

I called about 9:00 am and she said someone would be at my place in the afternoon. I got a call at 10:00 am that the plumber would be at my place at 10:30 am. He was. And by 1:00 all three faucets were installed. I expected to have to wait weeks for an appointment so I was amazed that all three faucets were installed the same day I initiated the call.
