they started when they said they would, they arrived daily as they said they would until the job was done. we checked in every morning to review the work that was going to happen that day. i was well informed of everything that was going on. everyday we would review a punch list to ensure the work didn't end until all of the items were completed. The work was perfect - the kitchen and living and deck came out gorgeous. its been 6 months and we have not had any secret issues pop up!

From day 1, the entire Turn Key Staff did a fantastic job. Everyday the hall walls and doors leading to the bathroom were covered with plastic which the men took down every night and put up every day until all the demolition was done. The carpet was covered with drop cloths.They vacuumed the hall carpet every night and all working areas to the point that we didn't even know any work was being done in the house.The work was done in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns, if there were any, were addressed every day, The installation of all the new materials went very well. The men treated our home as if it was theirs. The men who installed our new front doors, they were different ones, they too were very efficient, clean and neat doing their job. I highly recommend Josh and his staff at Turn Key General Contracting.

I can not say enough good things about Josh and the Turn Key team! They gave me the right price for the job, and it was done in a timely manner. The siding came out beautiful, with great attention to detail. The workers were polite and cleaned up every evening. They took care not to trample my garden, which was important to me. All in all, It was a good experience, and I would not hesitate to reccomend them.

KITCHEN CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME THAT WAS QUOTED. PRICE CAME IN WITHIN THE QUOTED AMOUNT. WORKERS WERE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. OWNER VERY RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS AND THEY CAME BACK A FEW TIMES AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE TO FIX MINOR ISSUES.
