Hiring Turn Key was my first experience with a contractor, and it set a high bar. I assumed all contractors would be: 1. Communicative and excellent at managing the project. 2. Punctual, courteous, and professional. 3. Meticulous with their cleaning. 4. Attentive to detail, ensuring everything is perfect and up to expectations. However, I've heard the opposite about most contractors compared to what Turn Key provided. Turn Key is an anomaly. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Josh runs an amazing shop, Terri is a fantastic office manager, and all the workers were exceptional. Do not hesitate to hire Turn Key—they have me as a customer for life.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Turn Key General Contracting. They showed up each day on time & never left a mess at the end of day. Each person that came to the house was professional & respectful. Josh was on site every day. Terry in the office was very helpful with any questions & picking out tiles & fixtures for our bathroom. We love our new bathroom & would definitely hire Turn Key for any future projects.

He is an extremely nice person, very professional, reliable, attentive to detail, and he has incredible design ideas. His employees more than excel at what they do, each in his own specialty. Everyone of them was professional, communicative, accommodating, and so very nice to work with. Turnkey's office manager is lovely and was also always available to answer question and keep us informed about scheduling. Josh, the owner was onsite EVERYDAY checking on the work being done and asking if we had any questions or concerns. Turnkey handle our extensive project, from start to finish in the most professional way. We are beyond ecstatic with the result. In addition the care they took to keep dust to a minimum and keep our environment as clean as possible was fantastic. We greatly appreciate all the effort that they made. Five stars id the highest rating but if we could give more we would because turnkey deserves it. We were so pleased that we will be hiring turnkey to redo the exterior of our home.

Great ! 2nd time using this company. Josh and his team are very easy to work with. Partial update of bathroom had a few challenges, but were worked out to my satisfaction. Professional and respectful. Workers are experienced in their crafts, show up when scheduled, and never leave the workplace a mess at the end of the day. Project was finished when expected. Terry in the office is a gem ! Easy to reach and very helpful in the planning process. Overall, a successful project and would definitely hire Turn Key again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Turn Key General Contracting. Josh is a pleasure to work with as are all of his staff and workers. They are reliable, honest, reasonable, and incredible talented. We have a lot more work to do in our "fixer-upper" home and we can't wait to use them again for our next big project.

Everything was explained and project was done on time. The quality of materials workmanship was outstanding. I would hire them in a heartbeat. This fall or next spring I will ask Turn key to do the outside of my home along with windows, patio & driveway.

Josh was so helpful and professional.Terry helped me design the bathroom and selected beautiful tile. The job was done in a timely manner. Even during COVID we were well taken care of. Everyone wore masks and workers were immaculate.

They were a pleasure to work with. The workers were prompt and showed up 5-6 days/week. Any issues were addressed in a timely manner. They were very organized and I would absolutely hire them again!!

Better than we could have expected. The crew was talented and professional. Always preparing with protective drop cloths and plastic to control dirt and dust. Left the house spotless every day. The finished product was perfect in every detail.

We were extremely happy with the work completed by Josh and the TurnKey team. The work was started and completed in the timeframe discussed. Josh worked closely with us and our architect through the planning phase. We had a great experience planning the project. TurnKey listened to our ideas, offered us their experience in what was successful, allowing us to have the best possible outcome. We remained in the house during the construction, and Josh and the team made sure the living area was secured and cleaned up daily. Overall we had a great experience, we were very happy with the results, and would happily recommend them to others for any construction project.

Excellent!! Work was done neatly, exactly when promised. The workers were very diligent and conscientious. The owner , Josh, stopped by twice a day to check in- see if all was going well. Terry, in the office, was very knowledgable and helpful about picking out the materials. This was the best and easiest renovation that I have ever experienced.

Turn Key was terrific from start to finish. Great selection of material and helpful guidance with design. The work crew were always on time, courteous and most importantly clean in set-up and daily breakdown. They were meticulous. Everyone was responsive and solution oriented, even if something minor was discovered. Definitely recommend

Fantastic. The team from TurnKey was prompt, paid attention to detail and treated my home as if it were their own. We love the company and are prepared to use them again in the near future for a basement renovation.

Never dealt with a contractor that I was completely satisfied with. The owner was hands on daily and his crew was efficient, clean and professional. The work was completed timely and more than satisfactory. The office manager was extremely helpful in making decisions about colors, designs etc. Everything that was supposed to be done, including very minor details, was done without having to remind them, and done properly. I would highly recommend Turn Key to anyone in need of their services.

This is the first time in all the years that I have used outside contractors that I was completely satisfied with the entire process. The owner of the company was hands on and accessible at all times to make sure the job was going as promised. His crew worked efficiently and neatly and were very accommodating to us until the job was completed. They were respectful of our home and our comfort, and were very polite and pleasant. The office manager was instrumental in helping us decide on the tiles, backsplash, etc., and her follow up was much appreciated. Her input was invaluable. The job was completed in the time frame promised and a couple of small issues, not the fault of Turnkey, were resolved quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are thrilled with the way the kitchen came out I will use this company for any jobs I might have in the future, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who might need their services.
