Lee responded promptly to my initial phone call, even coming to the house on a Sunday. He set and baited a trap just outside where we believe the racoons were entering and exiting. Lee checked the trap daily unless I called to tell him there was no animal in it. He was always available to answer my calls. I have no comparisons to make regarding his price but he did the job as described and we were satisfied.

I had a squirrel problem and he totally fixed the problem.

This guy was the best! Very down to earth, and knows exactly what he is doing. He was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but worth the money in my opinion. he knew exactly what to do and advised me along every step of the way. Very professional and helpful too. I would absolutely recommend this guy to anyone that has the need to remove squirrels or any other pests from your home. he gets the job done, full stop!

Loud scratching on metal woke me up at 4:00am Located where noises were coming from, but didn't know size of the creature trapped in the heat vent in my hallway- thought perhaps it was a squirrel. Called 9:00am & confirmed afternoon appt, received an update he would arrive 1 hr later than planned. He removed hallway heat vent & extricated a SHREW (dead by that time....but who knew!) Inspected attic for droppings & said he would be available to come back at any time.

We had some sort of animal tearing branches off a tree and muddy footprints around our pool. I thought it was a raccoon. I called Lee and he came over within 2 hours. He is very knowledgable and explained everything to me. He set traps and we got an opossum that night. Lee came by every day to check the traps and rebait after it rained. His fee was reasonable and Lee is very professional. I highly recommend him.

He was very good; I give him an excellent all the way down the line.

He came up with an alternate plan to place traps on the perimeter to the house, which I monitored daily and called him if there was an animal caught, or the trap needed baiting or setting. This went on for quite a while as he eventually caught 13 racoons and 1 possum. When he didn't catch any animals for a while, he asked me to put some peanut butter scattered in the attic. Only when there was still the bait there after a week did he consider the job done, although he said he would come back if needed. Lee was very professional, very pleasant, and gave good advice. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing animal removal services.

Unbelievable I am one of the more cynical customers of home services, but Lee far exceeded even by my unrealistic expectations. The first thng Lee showed me that he was quick to respond and on time for all our appointments. He was a true professional who knew what he was looking at and put forth a plan of action which he followed through out the whole project. He dealt with my problem swiftly and effectively. He only did what was necessary and he quickly earned my trust. I would call him or recommend him without thinking twice. I would believe what ever advice about racoons and how do deal with them he told me. He dealt with the problem without any inconvience to my wife or family and you now how important that is. What a geat experience dealing with a horrible problem.

As indicated above, they did the job with precision, and professionalism. I would certainly use him again, but hope it is not necessary.

Lee did a very good job. We had squirrels running around the attic were waking us at all hours of the night and day. Lee check our roof, find a hole and remove one squirrel using box trap. The repairs were made and I have not seen or heard any movement.

Lee is the best in the business. I called him up on a Monday, he came 2 days later and caught 3 adult racoons within a matter of days. Luckily there was no litter in my attic, but the damage was done. My entire attic needed to be professionally cleaned and reinsulated. Lee advised me on how to get that done and gave me a referral for a cleaning business. All I can say is that I was so happy to get those racoons out of my attic. I recently referred him to my cousin who it turned out had only mice. Lee advised him on what to do. You won't go wrong with Lee.

The overall experience was great. He was professional, extremely responsive (which, in my view, is an extremely important trait (that, in my experience, unfortunately, few service providers have) and knowledgeable in his expertise. He explained to me everything that he would do, why he would do it a certain way and how he would do it.

It's hard to believe, but Lee's would not take more money. He spent his time telling us why we don't need to. That was refreshing. He arrived on time. He examined the bathrooms, kitchen, lower level and then went up on the roof. He did a walk around the house. Conclusion-no animals present now or recently. Everything was sealed up tight. No need to spend money. It would be a waste of time and money. I would use Lee's in a heartbeat, mine or the rodent's

He said he placed traps to catch the animals. He seemed very nice and reliable, but no one had been coming to my home to check on the traps. Finally in July this year, we found a dead racoon in a trap in my backyard. When I realized it had been almost a year since he came to follow up on my home, I called to follow up. Apparently there had been a family emergency and he had a lot going on and forgot about my traps. He didn't charge me in full ($300) for services and did come to remove the dead racoon.

Very well. He is very funny guy and knows his stuff. i was very impressed.

From the moment I called him, I knew I was dealing with a professional. I left him a messge initially and he called me back right away and explained to me how the trapping will work. I can tell he really knows his animals and their behaviors (hence the ability to trap them). He is friendly and approachable and is willing to share his knowledge of animals with you. He is really professional, patient and very prompt in responding to all questions, calls and emails. He came over to check up on the traps routinely, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I wish more contractors are like him. He goes the extra mile to make sure that there are no more animals still living under the deck before telling me it is okay to seal it up. It is worth every penny to be able to sleep at night knowing I can count on Lee, otherwise I may not be able to let my kids play out in the back deck in the spring if there is an animal decaying under there. Certain things I would just leave to the experts - trapping animals being one of them. I highly recommend him and his service is worth every penny. If you want the job done right, he is your man.

He called back within an hour or so from my leaving my initial phone message, set up an appointment to view work to be done and kept the appointment - almost sent me into shock, given the [ahem] unpredictable performance of so many people who bill themselves as service professionals. He thought to ask if I was concerned about the welfare of the juvenile birds, then scheduled the work for a time when they would all have left the nest permanently. Definitely would recommend Lee's to other homeowners.

Lee determined that squirrels had been entering house from roof heating vents. Over the course of three weeks, he caught all the squirrels and then sealed the vents with heavy wire mesh.

They came the day after I called which was great, because I had three raccoons living under my porch. He was able to trap them and remove them from the house promptly. They even came back after several days to make sure there was no further problem, which there was not and has not been since.
