Lee did an excellent job. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining his services, how the process works, and answered all my questions. He was very prompt in terms of communicating via text or phone. He kept me in the loop throughout the service of the process and even came to advise me on how to solve other wildlife problems. Overall, great service and would highly recommend to others!

Lee is a consummate professional and also extremely personable. He came that same day that I called, clearly explained what he needed to to and how he would do it, and got to it. He was finished quickly and the job was taken care of. Even more amazing, was that he texted me a few days later to check in. Everything seemed fine and I let him know. A few days later I had a question regarding the situation, and he again immediately replied, and then checked in a few days later. I can not implore you enough to hire Lee! He's awesome!

It went GREAT. Lee is an honest professional. He arrived as he said, set traps, returned daily, removed trapped squirrel, reset the trap, and repeated the ritual until the project was completed. It took seven visits, but we are squirrel free. I would recommend Lee without hesitation.

Lee responded immediately to my phone call and was there the next day. Lee explained in great detail the service he would provide including cost and retrieval of trapped raccoons. Lee also listened to the information I had, assessed the area and set up the trap. Success with a raccoon trapped the next day, called Lee who removed the animal and set up of another trap, ended up catching a bunch of raccoons, and Lee was there each day to retrieve the trap and raccoon. Lee is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and easy to work with. Would definitely use Lee in the future, if I need it.

Amazing. Lee was responded right away to my phone call and told me what I needed to do before he got there. He said he would be at my house in 30 minutes and I believe he was over in 15 minutes. Lee was extremely friendly, caring as well as highly skilled in his profession. I highly recommend Lee.

Lee was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He put a trap in the eave above my front porch where squirrels had gotten in and were nesting and ripping out the insulation in my kitchen wall. A bird tripped the trap and scared the mama squirrel, so she took her babies and left. Good for the squirrel and us! She never came back. Lee checked on the trap daily to make sure, fixing it after the bird mishap, and then in the end, he closed up the hole that was causing all the trouble. He even recommended a roofer to have the hole permanently closed. Lee didn't ask for payment until the end and didn't charge me for animals that were never caught, only for the trap and his time. He also gave me a guaranty for reduced rates if a squirrel did come back within a certain time period. He couldn't have been more reasonable and honorable! I definitely recommend Lee for any needed animal removal.

Could not have gone better. Lee inspired trust and confidence from our first phone exchange. He gave me all of the cost information up front and so there were no surprises. He performed his duties in a manner that was extraordinariliy calm, deft and efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable and once his services were completed took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. He was punctual, and totally professional. Though he is called when animals intrude, do damage and become pests, he still manages to address the problem in a manner that is compassionate, respectful and humane. You won’t regret hiring or recommending him. He does everything one could expect and more. It is easy for people in his business to exploit the anxiety and urgency with unnecessary complications and inflated costs. Lee never did that. He was always forthright , reasonable and fair. Unusual and refreshing in this day and age.

He is very reliable and responsive. He came right away and always gave me updates on the progress. I would highly recommend him if you need to get rid of raccoons.

My parents had a bunch of squirrels in the attic and needed to be removed. Lee was very professional and got the job done. Gave me updates everyday by text which was nice. Would definitely recommend and hire again if needed.

He was fantastic! Came within 15 minutes of calling, explained everything in detail to reassure me we would all be ok! Followed up with sending the Bat for testing with the Department of Health and then calling to let us know all was fine!

Called Lee, he responded immediately. He explained the different prices depending on if still alive ( which required trapping) vs removal if dead. He was there in 45 minutes and did a quick removal. We were grateful for his work since the raccoon was right near our front door and our dog was going nuts. We would absolutely not hesitate to use Lee again if we have another such situation. He is a pro in this work and invaluable to a suburban homeowner.

Well, I called on a holiday weekend, but that did not stop Lee from responding right away. He was kind, helpful and professional. We had a short conversation where I explained the problem and the noise I heard coming from the dryer vent. He explained that it was probably a bird and that his forte was larger animals, BUT that did not stop him from making a very helpful suggestion and should that not work also giving me a recommendation. The suggestion worked and I was relieved that it was enough to encourage said bird to leave the premises. I called him again after that and again, he was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and if ever I need his help with a larger animal I would call him in a heartbeat.

Great. Lee kept me informed throughout the whole job and handled everything professionally.

It all went extremely well. He was careful about moving the dryer and made sure everything was as he found it.. He checked everything and made sure the louvers opened when the dryer was turned on. The price was more than fair. We definitely would recommend Lee again for any type of critter control. We give him an A+

It was perfect! Lee is one of the nicest and personable professionals I have worked with. He spoke with me at length about what he does and how and was not pushy at all. He came when he said he would and did his follow-ups as promised. I really didn't need to do anything, he took care of everything and was kind every step of the way. Ended up catching 5 squirrels! Lee was great - he explained the whole process to me at the beginning, always answered my calls, answered my questions and even helped me get someone to repair the roof. I have already recommended him to my neighbor.

Lee determined what type of rodent got into my house. Because he only traps larger rodents he was able to refer me to someone who could help. Very nice very professional and would gladly recommend him to anyone. Hopefully I won't need his services again, but if I do, he's the first person I'd call.
