It went well; if more return, he'll be back. He gave me info about how to kill the grubs that attract the critters. So far, so good.

Lee has the essential characteristics that I consider invaluable when hiring a service company. He is excellent at his craft (and extremely knowledgeable about it, as well) and he is honest. He is also prompt; he is where he says he will be when he's supposed to be there, he returns phone calls in a timely manner, and he responds within minutes to text messages. He takes the time to explain his process and he patiently and thoroughly answers any questions. His prices are reasonable. I trust Lee and would hire him again without hesitation.

Called Lee and we discussed what it could be. Turned out to be a racoon which I actually saw and scared out of my attic (she had ripped a hole through my roof) a day before Lee got there. But he set up a trap and she came back and was caught outside on top of my roof on the way back in. He also secured my four roof vents with wire cages - that was half the cost BTW. Lee was very helpful, explained the whole process, came back to rebait the trap a few days before the racoon was caught.

Lee worked during an extremely difficult and unforgiving winter to remove 8 Squirrels from our attic and trap 2 Raccoons that had caused significant damage to our roof. It took more than two months to complete the job due to the frequent snow storms and lingering icy conditions which made getting to the roof extremely dangerous. However, Lee was patient and very thorough, and even returned after we had replaced the roof to remove squirrels that were trapped inside. He assured us that he would remove all the animals and he did just that. I highly recommend contacting Lee?s Wildlife for any such jobs.

Called Lee . Left message. He called back same day and was able to come the same day. Did the job of removing the squirrel nest , was safety conscious and gave us good follow up info. Professional.

I called LEE'S WILD LIFE SERVICE approximately in mid February when I heard an unsettling noise in my attic.Calling on a Sunday evening I was not sure if I would get anyone to return a call (that day), much less answer the phone, I was quite surprised that Mr Lee Raptakis answered the phone. Once speaking to him he was able to quickly determine what the issue was(which was squirrels in the attic). At that time he made an appointment for that week in which he was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Once the trap was set a squirrel was caught and removed within a day. The traps were then reset and once all the squirrels were caught , their entry point was closed up by Lee. With the weather being what it was this winter agreat effort was made in communicating the day and times the work was to be done. It was always easy for me to contact him for any concerns I had. In New York where customer service for most companies rate an F-; Lee would rate an A+ not just in New York but any where in the U.S.

Once again Lee came to the rescue. Thank goodness for his abilities. He plugged up the "bird door " to my roof and once again I have peace in my home.

I am a 90 year old home owner.Unfortunately, a pack of raccoons took up residency in my attic.However,thanks to Angies list,I hired Lee's Wild Life Service to take on the problem. Lee subsequently trapped five criitters. I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend him to one and all.

Lee was responsive and very professional. He removed the squirrel within 24 hours. I could not believe how punctual he was and had a great customer service personality. His price for this service was excellent. I would highly recommend this gentlemen.

We called Lee after discovering that we have a squirrel problem in our attic, with the loud scratching noises during daytime and attic insulation scattered all over the yard. Lee was very patient when we first spoke over the phone, and explained to me in detail what he would do if he is hired. As I was at work during his initial visit, my mother opened the door for Lee, and he also patiently walked my mom through his observations of the damage, detailed his plan for the job as well as answering all of her questions. He came back the next day to set up the trap after we signed the service agreement; the process was quick and Lee explained clearly what would happen if an animal is caught, and that he will come back every morning to reset the trap and remove the animal upon notice. We caught 2 squirrels individually for the first 2 days, and 3 on the third day. Lee was prompt in his replies and answered questions on all hours of the day (I called him 9PM at night after he removed the last animal because we discovered additional squirrel damage to the house, and he was more than happy to answer my question and walk me through ideas for repairing the damage), and patched up the hole in our soffit where the squirrels were entering the house after he finished the job. I highly recommend his services!

It went really well. After 2 months of dealing with the squirrels I called Lee. He came promptly, set up a trap right over the squirrels entrance hole and caught all 4 squirrels in a matter of days. The entire project went very smoothly. He is very responsive and explains everything he is doing and planning. He answers and returns all calls and checks the traps daily. He made an unpleasant experience, pleasant.

4/3/13Lee was amazing. He arrived assessed this situation, and reported that the mother had come back and gotten the babies which had been removed from a tree which was removed from our property, Lee cleaned the area and did not charge us as he didn't have to remove any animals. 1 month later I referred him to my parents, as they are not angie list users, He did a great job for them as well with removing an animal which was inside my parents home which and exterminator was unable to do.

He arrived daily with new traps and bait, with suggestions for future prevention. This project is ongoing and will end when there are three days without any activity in the traps. After that, there are 30 days in which he can return if needed.

We had contacted Lee in the early evening regarding a raccoon that was under our deck. We were very concerned. Lee was at our house the very next day to set up the trap. He was very professional and informative. We were in contact daily as he kept us informed every step of the way. He seemed concerned about the raccoons and did not want to put any undue stress or pressure on them. We are animal lovers and did not want the raccoon to suffer or be frightened. We texted him advising there was a raccoon in the trap and he was at our house very early in the morning. We were very glad as we did not want the raccoon to suffer in the cage all day long. The job took five days to complete. Lee was able to determine how the raccoon gained access and was able to do the repair work so that going forward we would not have this problem again. We give Lee an A+ and would recommend his services.

Couldn't have gone better - Lee was extremely responsive and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and came every day to check the traps, relocate and re-bait as necessary. He was amazing as far as communication and the price was extremely fair. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

He was able to take my call late on Sunday evening and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. However, I never received a follow up call.

Lee was very professional. He tried to fit me in his schedule the next day after we spoke (sharing that it might be a problem due to his schedule) and when it couldn't work out, he called to let me know he'd be there early the next day. He arrived early (texting me to let me know when he'd be there) and took care of the dead animal problem immediately. I highly recommend Lee.

Lee is an absolute professional. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He showed up on time every day and explained to us what he was going to do to catch the raccoons. He treated the animals in a very humane way. He is very thorough and truly cares about getting the job done right and seeing it to completion. I would highly recommend Lee for any animal/pest removal you need done at your house.

Lee is very professional, punctual and easy to work with. I must say it is a great pleasure work with Lee. He showed up on time and did a very good job. He also explained to me in details on what he was doing and what material he was using to seal the hole. I also have raccoon problem in the pool area in my backyard. Although I decided not to set up a trap this time, Lee spent time to address my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone who requires the service.

We heard birds chirping in attic. I found Lee on Angie's List and decided to call him based on postivie reviews. When first speaking to Lee, he was very knowledgable on the subject and asked a lot of questions. He was very flexible with his schedule and timing. When he showed up a few days later, Lee inspected the attic where we heard the birds. When no birds were found, he inspected the roof and found the hole where the birds were buidling their nest. It was in a spot where you couldn't see it with the naked eye. Lee explained what was going on and was very thorough. He was upfront with his pricing and very reasonable. The nest was removed and the hole was sealed up so the birds could not re-enter. Minutes after Lee left, we heard and saw 3 birds attempting to get into the hole where the nest was. Thankfully their attempt failed and have now moved on. Lee also inspected other possible entry points where animals could possible get in which was very reassuring. In summary, Lee was very easy to deal with, very reaonsably priced and I would recommend him to anyone with any animal issues in or around the home. A+.

The provider Lee referred to me came immediately and removed the wildlife and replaced the vent that had fallen out during Hurricane Sandy. Thank you, Lee, for that referral!

Lee was a pleasure to deal with from my first phone call to his last visit. He was able to resolve our three year old squirrel problem within a matter of days. Prior to starting, Lee explained exactly what his plan was, and exactly how much it would cost. There were no "surprises." During the removal process, he came to the house on an as needed basis and any phone calls he was unable to answer were returned within minutes. The only thing I regret is that I didn't call him three years earlier. I could not be more satisfied with the work he did for us, and the way he went aboud his business. From start to finish, Lee conducted himself with the highest degree of professionalism and for all these reasons, I would be completely confident in referring him to anyone I know.

On the phone, he was friendly and courteous.He explained in clear terms the difficulties associated with catching squirrels in an attached (Row) home. He made sure that we understood the situation and we had realistic expectations with regards to the job and the cost. Lee quickly came to evaluate the job and gave us a price based upon the work that needed to be done. He began the job and quickly caught three squirrels. The fourth squirrel was very difficult and required more time and planning. Lee communicated with us on almost a daily basis, filling us in on the particular details. After improvising in different ways, the last squirrel was caught and the hole was closed. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with his service. Lee is dedicated, hardworking and equally important: honest. We recommend him 110%!!!
