Description of Work: The technician was an excellent guy. Very professional and nice to deal with. He snaked my drain and fixed the clog. Unfortunately, the pipe broke during the snaking. They fixed it with epoxy, and I am crossing my fingers that it holds. Breaking the pipe would not make me not use them again, however -- old pipes break easily.
