TOTAL RIP OFF!! DO NOT USE!!! Price is a complete BS come on. Price DOUBLED when the got here. And worst of all - instead of disconnecting the drain, they DRILLED A WHOLE IN THE PIPE AND TOLD ME TO CALL A PLUMBER TO FIX IT.

They charge $109 minimum even though they advertise $49.99. Even if you need one pipe unclogged, they will make you do both. Also, they are always late, they have attitudes over the phone & in person, Super Unprofessional!!! Don’t use this terrible service! Most Companies charge $100-175! Don’t get caught up in their gimmick.

The service visit left a lot to be desired. The technician doubled the price to $100 upon his arrival. While working his snake down the drain, he claimed that his snake was blocked. He insisted on the use of a camera (another $180). He did not show to me the results of his camera inspection. However, after using the camera, miraculously he was able to get snake through to the sewer main. He managed to remove some roots. The worst of it was that four months and $383 later my drain was clogged again. I strongly recommend that you not use this company ever.

it went horrible. They did not know what they were doing. They made a mess. Water all over the place and they never cleaned up their mess. Drain still clogs and they charge me for every time that they come to unclog it. I would think that they clean it enough so that you will need their service in the near future. WHAT A RIP OFF! Don't use them ever again. Not worth the time or your hard earned money!

They put a camera into our sewer line and told us that our situation was dire. They said our line was not connected to the city's sewer line, and the waste was building up under our house. They said they'd need to drill into the concrete under our stoop and install a whole new line, at a cost of $4000. We called another sewer service to get a second opinion, and they checked our line and proved to us that it was, indeed, connected to the city's line. They said everything looked fine, drained the line, gave us some simple maintenance recommendations, and left. Now I do not trust $49.99 and will no longer use their service.

I have used and referred this service in the past with good results, this time however, was a complete disaster. Levi, the technician, showed up on time stating that this was the last job of the evening and that he was eager to see the fight, He immediately went to work snaking the line with only 1 blade on his snake stating that his truck was in the shop and that he was stuck using someone else's tools but that he would still be able to do it. We have had this issue about every six months because our old tenants would throw baby wipes down the drain so I knew that this was going to be the same thing. Since I have done this routine numerous times I knew that its unlikely the drain will clear with only one blade but he insisted that he ran the line out a good 60 feet. After failing to clear the line he stated we needed to have the line blown out by a specialist and that it would cost us an additional $300. WARNING! He stated that we have tree roots and other things clogging the line that's why he could not clear the line. Again, I knew this to be false since I have been doing this routine about every six months and when he pulled the snake out there were no tree roots or baby wipes I believe the snake just curled around a bit and never got to the clog. The next dilemma was the bill when he tried to charge me $2 for toll and tool fee. The man was coming from Flushing (No toll bridge) and he used my shop vac hose to drain some sewage out which he didn't bother to hose down. After debating the issue he dropped the $2 fee, tore up that receipt and just charged an even $50 for the service call. Then he left leaving my laundry room floor with raw sewage all over it. Maybe it isn't the company on a whole as I have had success with this company in the past but this experience has left me with a sour taste and a foul odor which took me a few days to clear out. Thankfully, a friend of mine recommended someone else (anyone who wants to know who I guess you can email me) who showed up the next day. He popped the line (USING 2 BLADES) IMMEDIATLY! Then snaked the line the other way then back out again. Then he used his shop vac with his own hose, cleared out the trap and hosed it all down in an attempt to clear out the raw sewage smell.

First he walked in making stupid joke about me going to their office and blowing up the place. All I asked was the location of the office. The technician walked in and gave me every excuse why he couldn't do the job. obviously he couldn't deal with modern day plumbing that I have in my kitchen that was installed nine years ago. He said he couldn't work on it. we've had other plumbers worked in that kitchen over the years without any problem. he wanted to make a whole in the pipe and I said let me make a phone call. The lazy guy left the house and ran away leaving my house door opened. This is rude and unprofessional. I called the office and the supervisor was very unprofessional too. This is a useless company to deal with.

The supervisor, Kevin, is obnoxious, unconcerned and unreasonable. Here's what happened: I have a slop sink in the basement that for unknown reasons, keeps backing up with sewage every couple days. Unable to troubleshoot the issue on my own, I called 49.99 Sewer Drain Service. I was attracted by the price (which is misleading, by the way). 1: A guy arrives and tells me that he needs access to pipes behind a wall, and there should have been an access panel. He was right, there should have been. He heads to another job, while I cut an access panel. He was supposed to return within 30-40 minutes, but after nearly two hours, it got late and I had to reschedule. 2: A couple days later, a new guy arrives, and makes use of the new access panel I cut. He snakes my main drain in one direction, then the other direction. This, in their opinion, counts as two pipes and thus doubles the prices, with tax, to 110.60. Fine. Just so long as he fixed my problem, which he assures me he did. 3: Over the next two days, sewage is backing up into the sink again. I call them and they send out the same plumber. He runs the water, nothing backs up in that moment, and he says the issue must have taken care of itself, and leaves. 4: The issue had NOT taken care of itself, as more sewage continued to back up into the sink over the next few days. 5: I call them back again, and a new plumber arrives. He has a new idea for how to fix the issue, but says the company intends to charge me again for their services. I object. I had called them for one problem: a sink that was backing up, and that problem was never solved. I'm told to call the office. I do. I speak with Kevin. He was very rude, cutting me off multiple times and shouting at me. He was very obnoxious, repeating the same sentence over and over again. He kept saying that they fixed the problem. I kept asking, and quot;If you fixed the problem, why would I keep calling you, and why do I have sewage in my sink?and quot; To which, he would respond, and quot;We fixed the problem.and quot; 6. I asked his name (Kevin) but he refused to identify himself further, and then hung up on me. I will obviously never use this company again. And I strongly urge anyone reading this not to use them either. Find someone else to handle your issue... ANYONE else! They don't deserve your business. And there's a strong likelihood that you will be charged more than you expect for work that may or MAY NOT actually have solved anything! I'm left agitated, 110 dollar poorer, and I STILL have sewage in my sink!

Only good thing was response time, they came when promised. I had a problem with my yard drain that whenever it rain hard it got clogged and a big puddle will form right next to my foundation causing water to leak into my basement. The drain is located right under my deck, which is approximate like 3 feet from ground level to deck. As soon as plumber came in he said that since the drain was located under the deck that it was consider like a crawl space and would charge me double. He suggested then to run snake from my trap down in basement going to backyard drain, which is approximately like 10 feet. After the last heavy rain, drain was clogged again. I went on line and noticed that they had a special of cleaning sewer going in and out for 49.99 so I called them to give them another chance and to do both sewer line and drain on my backyard again but man on phone told me that at the beginning is actually $100.00 then follow up visits are 49.99, which I thought that they should advertise that part with special. I complained to him that I hired them last month to fixed my clog drain and he said that I still have to pay 49.99 for drain again plus 100.00 for sewer line. He was very arguementive and in attack mode and thought that he was not a very nice person. I called another company today and they promptly show up within 3 hours and the problem with my backyard drain turns out that there was a hand towel stuck in there. I was amazed when he show me towel and told him that I hired 49.99 sewer drain company just last month and problem came back. He said that last plumber all he did was push towel to side and made a big enough hole for water to flow again. Well I was so happy that I also had him cleaned my sewer lines. Will definitely use them again and never use 49.99 sewer drain company.

I called thinking this was the deal of a lifetime. Service area was in the Bronx, so they charge $15 or $20 extra for tolls. The person came on time and was very nice person and professional. He cleared out the drain through the cleanout and ran the machine one way and then the other. This is considered two lines and therfore 49.99 * 2 = 100 dollars, not 49.99. Fine, so it ends up costing what it would have cost with anyone else anyway. Otherwise, no complaints. Thanks.

It went very well! He was very professional, and gave me tips on how to prevent future water build up in sewer. I highly recommend this company to others. Also, price charged is very low compared to other companies who do the same work.

No surprises unclogged drain no surprise charges. I will use them again.

Why is it so difficult to find an honest mechanic?

They showed up when they said they would and worked hard and fast to get the various jobs done. If they had any problem they would talk to us about what to do and ask how we wanted to proceed. They were direct and wasted no time. Very satisfied.

They were a bait and switch operation and they did not solve the problem. When you remove or replace the clean out cap - it has threads on it and you're supposed to use a wrench and turn it. He used a hammer, possibly damaging the threads, which I may now have to remedy. I filed a complaint with the BBB and this company refused to discuss the matter.

My main sewer line was clogged. I called them in the morning before going to work and scheduled an appointment between 7 and 8 in the evening. Their mechanic came around quarter past 7 and snaked the main sewer line out as stated on receipt I got. He cleared the line within 20 minutes. I was impressed by his attitude and knowledge of work to perform.

I had a sewer back up in my basement. They responded and were at my home within two hours. They cleared my line and things seem fine now. They will be coming out once a year to avoid future backup. The only problem I had was the price. I didn't understand why the size of the machine determined the cost. If the price went from $49.99 to $75.00-$100.00, I could understand, but to go from $49.99 to $150.00 per a line seemed a bit expensive. I was expecting to pay $100.00, however the cost was $300.00.

When I called, they said they could have someone over within 2 hrs. Since I was at work, they gave me a three hour window in the time I requested. The guy came and snaked twice because he wasn't satisfied that the clog was cleared the first time; he was right, there were two clogs. It would have been $56 without tip, but I used a $5 coupon. They were fast and efficient.

We had a clogged bathroom drain so we made an appointment and they came right over. We have used them in the past because they are fast; they do a good job and don't make a mess. If we have any more problems we will use them again.

The serviceman from this company was knowledgeable about his work and figured out the problem quickly. He had the part he needed with him on the truck, so it was accomplished in only one visit which was nice. I recommend them.

We had a bad sewer backup over night. Found these people in Yellow Pages and called them around 7 am. Mechanic arrived around 7.30 am and snaked the drain lines. I was very pleased with their response time and the way mechanic presented himself. He was neat and polite unlike the experiences I had before.

Company advertises it clears drains for $49.95. However, when they showed up, they claimed it was not a standard job and they would have to charge by the hour. It ended up costing $250 and they had to come back a second time to complete the job.
