Rick was a pleasure to work with right from the start. Tree Top was one of three tree companies I called for estimates to have the trees removed. After meeting with Rick I canceled the other two companies. I was impressed by how fast he responded and he clearly knew his business. The price he offered was more that fair as we have had other trees removed so we are aware of the approximate cost. Rick was able to come out within a couple of days to get the job done before our pool install date. I am sorry to say I was not there to see Rick and his crew in action but my neighbors were very impressed with the speed and the efficiency in taking down the trees. I am told the equipment they have is state of the art and the manner in which the trees came down was "awesome". I do know that when I came home my lawn looked great with no debris from the tree work. I will definitely use Tree Top again if the need arises. Thanks Guys!

The overall experience was excellent.

They sent someone to give us an estimate within a week after I called but because the tall oaks required their "bucket" we had to wait until the ground froze before they could come and do the job. They were excellent and professional and flexible enough that they took care of additional limbs when a closer inspection showed the tree had more damage than we originally thought.

The lady in the office was good with letting me know when the work would occur, during a busy time for them. They came on a Saturday and were done within 2 hours. I discussed it ahead of time with them. I wasn't present for the work. It was done just as they described, with very few wood chips left from the branch chipping and no tire marks in the yard from the chipper. I would use them again (this was my 2nd time).

They first set up the chipper and then placed large mats on the grass to protect it from the weight of the bucket truck. After the tree was cut down, they cleaned the entire area.

We called Tree Top Service after the storm on 10/31/11. Along with everyone else in the Hudson Valley we had significant tree damage - although nothing threatening the structure of our house. Our call was returned within one hour - the receptionist explained she may not be able to have someone come right out as they were handling emergencies first, which was completely understandable and acceptable to us. Much to our surprise we received a call back a few days later and someone was sent over to do an estimate - all work was completed on 11/6/11. This company was professional, on time and right on with the estimate. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

From the time Rick came out to do an estimate we knew we wanted to work with Tree Top. Completely professional, yet friendly & accommodating. He gave us a itemized quote so we could weigh out which jobs were most important to us & compare to the cost. He was very helpful in explaining what NEEDED to be done, what COULD be done & what could easily WAIT. So helpful for first time yard havers!! He walked through the job with us before hand & when it was completed he walked through again to show what additional tweaks happened once they got going. Job was completed on time & within the allotted hours. Yard was left clean & in great condition. Work was done so well that neighbors have been asking for their number to have their own yards done!

I desperately needed someone to clean up after a huge oak came down (barely missing the house) last Friday night. Called around on Sunday morning, thinking no one would respond until Monday. Rick called back same day, came by Sunday afternoon, gave an estimate that I accepted, and told me he hoped to be able to get to the work within the week. He and his crew showed up Tuesday morning like an army ready to go, and was 90% finished by that afternoon. He not only cleaned up the fallen tree but removed two others that were in danger of coming down (and with hurricane Irene waiting in the wings, that was a major concern). I have never in my life witnessed any contractor that was as well organized and efficient as Tree Top.

Call on 6/5 for estimate Owner arrived , surveyed the work Estimate was very fair and included 10% discount from Angie's ListSaid they would show next dayeither 1 to3 or 3 to 5 3 men showed showed up and worked diligently Task included removing and grinding brush and large tree limbs but also included dropping and cutting up a deadtree about 75 feet high. They dropped it expertly, cut it up and ground it up They finished about 7:00 and cleaned up all the debris

They did a good job and they did it for the quote. I was pleased with the work that they did. The price was fair and they were here when they said they would be. I have used them before.

Someone I knew used this company and liked them. I also saw some reviews on Angie's List, so I used them and liked them. They came on time to the estimate. They gave me an itemized estimate. They came on time to do the work. They did a good job and cleaned up.

They are excellent and they give you a fair price for the job that they do. They're very efficient, they come when they say they will, and they clean up well. The workers themselves are well trained and they have all of the equipment you could ever need for any kind of tree work you could need. In tight areas, they are very skilled at swinging around in the trees with the belts and ropes. It's wonderful to watch them.

The night before a tree fell onto the roadway. I called Tree Top Service the next morning and they managed to fit me ahead of my scheduled date to ease my concerns of other trees on our property. The crew arrived mid- afternoon and was very professional, quick, and cleaned up before they left. The service was great and for the number of trees that needed to be pruned and/or removed, their prices cannot be beaten.

They were excellent. They came on time and did a professional job. They took it down because it was hanging over a garage. He did it in sections, and took it down as if it was a piece of art. He did the chipping and left me some good firewood.

The owner of the company came and inspected our property. A week later the crew arrived in the morning of our appointment on time. They ground the stumps into chips and cut the trees and removed them. For the number of trees we had removed and the number of stumps that had to be grounded the price and service was fantastic.

TREE TOP SERVICE REMOVED THREE TREES FOR US, TRIMMED BRANCHES FROM ANOTHER TREE AND CUT BACK SOME BRUSH. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB. THEY DID THERE JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
