This is the second time I’ve hired TreeTop. Rick and his employees are absolutely great to work with. Very responsive and courteous and do extremely professional work. They have all the necessary heavy equipment and do a terrific job. I feel that they price jobs fairly given the nature of the work and the manpower and equipment involved. TreeTop definitely has me as a loyal customer!

The total cost for all the work was $2475 plus tax. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism and courtesy of the crew. They worked for about 6 hours doing all the work and were careful to avoid further damage to my property. I wanted to save the wood chips so they dumped them in a corner of my property and then spread them out with a front loader. I know all the guys were tired by the end of the day but they did a really nice job cleaning up. Rick (the owner) worked with me to schedule a day that was convenient. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again when the need arises.

Rick came on Monday, looked at the job, and gave us a reasonable estimate. He said he could remove the tree later in the week or the next week. He called yesterday asked if he could come to do the work today. He, his large crew, and a huge amount of equipment, arrived and they did the work as promised.The tree was cut down, removed, and the stump was ground. Everyone was neat, careful, and obviously wanted to do a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and even spread the mulch, they had saved from around the base of the tree, so they could spread it where the tree had been.

It went very well. They did a great job. Would recommend them highly.

Workers arrived on time, were friendly, professional and completed the job very quickly. Cleanup was thorough. I have used them before and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work.

We are very happy with the job Rick and his crew did. Everything that we wanted done was addressed. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up all the debris. We got three estimates, his was the most reasonable for the work that was done. I would have him do work for us again and highly recommend Tree Top Services Inc.

Dawn called me very quickly after leaving a message and Rick called to set up an appt. the next day for Saturday. He came on time and gave us a reasonable estimate, showed up two days later to do the work and we are very pleased. I will be using their service again.

Arrived at 4pm and finished about 630 pm. The truck was carefully placed without damage to driveway or lawns. Work done was through and nice job cleaning up debris.

I can not say enough good things about Rick and TreeTop services and the quality company they are. From my first contact with the office to Rick coming out to provide the estimate it was a positive experience. Rick took his time looking at the trees I wanted to remove and a made suggestions on what needed to be done. Rick provided the estimate while he was at the house. The estimate was very good and I decided to go with Treetop Services right away. Rick told me it would be a couple of weeks before the work could be done as we had a week of rain. The crew came out on Wednesday May 11th. They were very courteous, professional, and we're ready to start right away. They did a walk through with me of the the work to be done. The did everything that was outlined in the work order, and the cleanup was terrific. They had the right equipment for what needed to be done, and you could tell that the equipment was well taken care of. TreeTop Services is a terrific company who I will do business with again, and will refer them to my friends and family.

Rick and his crew took down a locust tree by the driveway in a restricted situation; removed a large fallen tree which was deeply entangled in vines and bushes; cut back about eight feet of a tall oak overhanging the driveway and several branches of a maple overhanging the house; trimmed a tall hedge of hemlocks by the driveway; and cut back a line of bushes and small trees alongside the house. The job was done efficiently, cleanly, and courteously, exactly as promised and with no damage. We would definitely use Tree Top Services again and recommend them very highly.

Rick and his crew did excellent work as usual, clearing many dead or dying trees from our crowded wood line. TreeTop is straightforward to deal with, with fair prices that are itemized and honest. They are careful with your property and very courteous. Other companies in the area quote astronomical prices and attempt to intimidate you about your tree work. Rick takes an interest in your property, and takes the time to explain what services he can offer and at what price, with no pressure.

Rick and his team were great. Not only was the service excellent, from the first phone call to the final piece of wood that was removed, but also the price was great. Some other companies bid $3500 for the job. Tree Top did it amazingly well for $875. Not only that but they asked the right questions from the start. They wanted to know if the tree was near my septic since, since that is a risk factor they need to know when driving huge trucks up on the lawn. No other companies even asked that. All the questions were right, the price was amazing, and service wonderful!

Rick Consolato provided a completely professional service from beginning to end of this project. We walked him through our properties and he provided an itemized estimate. We decided to have him go ahead with the entire estimated project as the prices seemed fair and he could manage the job within a day. Scheduling was made easy by Dawn as she understood our time constraints and availability to be home when the work would be done. Rick and his crew of 7 arrived punctually on the day of service and walked us through the work to be performed once more to double check the details. Tree Top has an impressive array of tree removal equipment. One of the trees to be taken down was a massive 80 year old sugar maple which was failing and looming closely and over our home. It was removed safely with great delicacy. There are several climbers in the crew and it was fascinating to watch them climb and prune within our mature trees. The ground crew was very efficient, removing felled wood, cutting usable wood into smaller sections and stacking them for firewood. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning continuously as the work went along. We were concerned about our lawns and tree roots with all of the heavy equipment used but they handled the situation with great care and lawn disruption was minimal and to be expected. The crew worked hard and it was a long day. They were polite and readily answered any questions or concerns as they arose. We would most heartily recommended Rick and his company and will use their services again when the need arises!

Rick and his team are completely professional and punctual. With the amount of work I requested, I was more than surprised when the entire job took no longer than six hours. The team came in fully loaded with equipment, climbed trees, cut everything out, and cleaned up. The foreman on the team was very knowledgable of the types of trees, and how to handle the job. I would definitely use them again in the future. One tip, be ready to repair your lawn. The amount of work I had done caused ripping and gouging in the grass, which I didnt expect, but in hindsight I should have expected. They cut out a 30+ foot dead tree in sections.

Business owner and arborist Rick Consolato arrived promptly for the estimate of the job to be done. He was kind as well as thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Dawn handled the scheduling for us and was most pleasant. Tony, lead operator, led a great crew of Paul and Jeff on the day of tree trimming and removal. The job was done in an excellent manner, as outlined, and clean-up after was quite good. These guys know trees and how best to keep them flourishing, through pruning, as well as how to remove them when the need arises. Rick and his crew at Tree Top Services did a fantastic job removing a huge oak tree from the front of my property along with cutting back overgrowth and bringing my crazy overgrown hedges back down to a manageable 4 feet. Very clean and professional...cleaned up so I couldn't even tell they were ever there.

Rick is either best to describe as a tree surgeon or artist. He personally was on the lift cutting a 60 foot tree down in extremely threateningly small space on living tree ready to fall from 45 degrees into 2 sheds and a greenhouse. He had a service demand that theoretically was appointments 3 - 6 weeks out but decided to fit my service into his tight schedule 8 days after I got his cost estimate (lowest estimate I had been given by the way. He clearly understood the physics of how to reduce weight of the tree leaning against another (or else it would have fell and destroyed property) and patiently made his cuts and tosses to target areas on the ground with complete precision. I never previously knew this man, not related, relied on Angie's List. I am an 50+ gentleman that has done virtually all my own home repairs/upgrades of near every trade but knew this one needed a proven specialist. He team respects and admires him, I was a part of their sharing humor and teamwork on the job site. YOU can not go wrong on any ANGIE's LIST metric with this man. He left the completed tree removal moments ago and I am alreay working to -nominate him for his 12th "People of Happiness" award with many other all positive reviews (58 to -date since joining, ALL A's in every category. Again, I have no affiliation with this man or any members in his team. I found an incredible service and value; in these times, that is a golden handshake , a persons word, and 100% delivery (there is no such thing as 101% or above).

Rick provided me an estimate 3 weeks prior to the job commencing. His estimate was very detailed (tree by tree) and was priced fairly. I awarded TreeTop the job as their price was more reasonable then his competition and I had prior experience in using TreeTop in 2007 and was very satisfied. On the day the job was scheduled to start Rick and his crew arrived to my home and began with a full review of everything they were going to complete during the day and we reviewed the detailed estimate again together. Following, they immediately began their day's work. Rick and his crew of 2 spent good part of the day performing the job trimming back 6 large maples. They used a combination of their bucket truck and climbers to reach/remove the highest limbs and all the wood was removed and chipped. The only part of the job where I think they could have done a little more was in the clean up. There was a great deal of small branches left in the lawn area that had to be raked up after the crew left. However, overall I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the work performed by the TreeTop crew. I will definitely consider them first when needing any future tree work.

Rick arrived on time for the estimate appointment and submitted a detailed a la carte estimate in a timely fashion. This type of estimate allowed us to choose the work we needed Tree Top to do versus the work we could do ourselves so we could keep within our budget. Dawn, of the office staff, was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. Rick and his crew did an excellent job, in particular after they removed a large tree and ground down the stump, one would never know a tree once stood on that spot. The entire job was completed in the timeframe stated, the clean up was amazing. The job was completed in a safe and efficient manner and I would highly recommend Tree Top Services.

He brought a crew of four men. Very professional and knew what they were doing. I was satisfied with the end results. They did a good job.

This is a first-rate company. Dawn and Rick were great to deal with. They both were very responsive to my inquiries and Rick was punctual for the estimate and very professional. He noticed some other issues on my property and suggested taking care of those as well. Some he suggested I could even do myself, which showed me that he is a trustworthy person. I hired Tree Top to do the work I called about and they did a terrific job and completed it right when they said it would be done. Rick was very accommodating and a real pro. It was very clear that he really knows what he's doing. I will definitely reach out to Tree Top should I need more work done. Thanks!
