Appreciated prompt contact from initial inquiry from Dawn. Rick was generous with time for scheduling property visit despite my delay in getting in touch. Provides thorough (and extremely fair) estimate along with described recommendations for high, medium, low priorities to consider. Now I gotta review and decide. Feels promising to engage TT for some projects. Decisions, decisions... I look forward to future work with TT. UPDATE: Decided to do all recommended work after all. Rick and two man crew arrived promptly, took time to carefully review and ensure all to-do work understood and accurate. Completed all work as described quickly and efficiently including clean up and agreed upon removal of debris.

Wonderful job. Jerry came the week before to give me an estimate and the price was fair. The men arrived punctually on the appointed day. It's difficult property and the septic system was in the way so they weren't able to use heavy machinery with a bucket. Five men came with chain saws, ropes, ladders. The large tree was climbed to systemically cut away limbs until all that remained was the trunk which could be safely chainsawed. All wood was hand-carried to the wood-chipper parked in the driveway. They were very careful to protect the house and septic system and I was amazed that they were able to cut limbs at an angle so that even those overhanging the roof fell nowhere close to the house. These consummate experts completed the entire job in less than 3 hours and when they left the working area was, except for a few small limbs, clear. I'm very pleased with the work, was so impressed at their expertise, and will be calling them again for other areas that need tending to.

They take down the trees and take them away. There are no messes, they cleaned up afterwards. They vacum it. They did a nice job. The did the same thing for me 2 years ago.

Rick came for the estimate a few weeks ago. No pressure on decision. Itemized entire work order so we could decide what we ultimately wanted to include. When we called to set up the appointment he was very responsive and advised he could come later in the week depending on weather. He confirmed the night before and called the morning of the appointment to advise that he was a bit delayed due to the weather, but he could be here around noon time. Rick & his crew showed up shortly after noon and completed the work within 2 hours. When they were done, you wouldn't even know that we had any trees removed. They cleaned up the entie area completely. We are very impressed with their work and customer service. When the job was completed, my husband requested additional estimates for work we may have done in our back yard. We will definitely call them again and refer them to anyone who is looking for similar work to be done.

His crew came well prepared for the job and were meticulous with the work. Everything I asked them to do they did with precision. They had to climb both trees because their bucket truck wouldn't fit into my backyard. The cutter was able to cut the large branches and direct them away from a bush that was just beneath the tree we wanted to save. The other workers cleaned up the yard and chipped the large branches for me to keep. The black birch was cut into 16 inch pieces and then they helped me move each piece so I could split the wood with my wood splitter. The workers were all very kind and conscientious. I was very satisfied with the job done and will use them in the future if need be.

They left the area very well cleaned up. The owner was very responsive and always did exactly what he said he would do, including returning phone calls. I recommend them highly!

They are absolutely perfect people. I would use their services anytime I needed somebody for trees. They did an absolute wonderful job. They cleaned up everything properly. They stored everything that had to be stored that we wanted to keep. I mean, you could not have asked for a better job. The boss himself was out there helping rakeup and put soil down so everything was covered. They briefed me on everything and everything they briefed me on worked out just fine. They are good people. Their price was very good.

Tree Top has it together both in the field and in the office. After receiving a more than fair quote I called the office to set up a time for the tree to be removed. I barely had to say my name and they knew all about the job. I said go and the next free day Rick could come to remove the tree they did and had it all cleaned up in 4 hours flat. I was impressed as it was a VERY large and tall tree. They removed the tree and even cut me a "cookie" so that I could make a coffee table. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up the mess afterward, which was especially important as they had to use my neighbors yard in order to get the machine access, so either they were going to clean up or I was. If there was a mark above A i would give it to these guys. A+

Rick and his crew arrived promptly as always, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and left my yard spotless. I have used Tree Top for the last nine years. Rick and his crew have removed probably 30 trees over the years, and they have always done so professionally, promptly, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

Tree Top responded quickly to my call for estimate. Price quoted was by far the most reasonable of 3 estimates. Crew arrived after 1 day rain delay. Work was completed in less that 3 hours with minimal disruption to local traffic. Overall excellent job.

We were very happy with Tree Top Tree Service. They were really great and they were punctual. When they came they had a plan and executed the plan. It went smooth and although the price seemed a little high I had massive Maple Trees in the back and each tree was like $400 to $500 and we only took down five of them. So considering the type of trees that I have I think the price was okay, I mean just looking at the logs falling I couldn't even imagine one of them falling on my roof, so I would pay a good licensed company.

Very well. The tree top team was on time, all team mates were friendly, professional and considerate.
