Description of Work: Some where near May they came to install air conditioning units. Price was the going rate. We expected a rebate but Central Hudson didn't have that model on their list. Folkes had the electrician - permits - everything in order for us. I would recommend them. I know several other people that also liked the experience they had with Folkes

Description of Work: They have been servicing my heating and air conditioning unit for the past 2 years. Have a service contract with them and they contact me in spring and fall for normal maintenance. Always responsive and courteous,and professional.

Description of Work: They performed routine maintenance on my heating system. I currently have a service contract with folkies heating which gives a discount on parts and labor for which I pay $99 a year and it covers a couple bog visits a year for the cooling and heating system. The charges incurred today were for the replacement of a humidifier filter. |Everything else was normal and the visit went very well.

Description of Work: Based on previous experience with a job that Folkes performed for my son, I hired them to perform a routing evaluation of my current Air Conditioning system. The technician gave is a favorable report on the condition of the system and also pointed out and performed some simple fixes to make it function even better. |While there, he noticed a problem with our humidification system and fixed it at no additional cost. |This is our second experience with Folkes and we were very please on both occasions. |Highly recommended.

There was no "hard sell" to push a more expensive option, just an honest explanation of the merits of each. We chose the middle option. |The job was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were courteous and very polite and really did a great job. They explained the system and how to use it and left the home as clean and neat as they found it. |I would highly recommend them.
