I can't say enough good things about my experience with forte brick masonry. The operation is family run and the owner pete and his son andrew are great people. Masonry is a real art and these guys have it perfected. The price they charged me was very reasonable and the work was superb. They run a very clean and professional operation. Pete has over 40 years of experience in the buisness and it shows. I had other contractors come by and give me the run around. I knew from the first time I met pete that he was an honest and trustworthy person, which made me feel very comfortable choosing him. If you need concrete or masonry work done, choose these guys, they will not let you down.

Any one who is looking for concrete work done, call Forte! They are very fairly priced and will do what they say they will do and be there when they say they will be there. Very hard to find these days

There was a slight issue of the price. The father told me the price quoted to me by the son was already as low as it would go, and he would not honor a senior discount. But they did give me a really low price, so that could be why they didn't honor the senior discount. It looked like they did a fine job, but I don't know for sure because it is still drying. From what I can see with the naked eye, it looks fine. He found a slate that matched really well with my old slates.

When I called for an estimate, Andrew gave me a date and time. He arrived and gave me an estimate. He said he would call the next day to give me a date for the job. They arrived on time. They were extremely professional and courteous and efficient. They repaired two of the cracks with steel bars, which is the best type of repair. All of the work is well done and looks great. We would definitely ask them for any future work. They also pointed out something I had not seen that needed repair, which saved us further damage.

Expanded my driveway 1 ft wide by 20 ft long, cut up one section on driveway that was uprooted by root , cut my roots, layed 25 ft of wire under the driveway before he re-cemented area . Also redid my sidewalk two sections and I got Belgium blocks on one side of the driveway installed. He is going to come back and break up my cement steps and redo them also for me for $1200.

It’s a family business & the father came out for the estimate. He actually told me that if it was his house he would not feel it necessary to repair unless I’m getting water damage. I thought that was really honest! Another company quoted me for the same job but couldn’t pinpoint what the price would be, depending on how far down they have to dig. So they thought it would be a big job – there’s no telling how much I would’ve spent!
