They did an excellent job on the repairs and cleaning. It is many years old but looks almost new.

This is the third time that we have hired Clean Your Carpets. I returned home from work, and was floored by the difference in the appearance of our carpeting after Tim's crew left. They look brand new, and these carpets are 20 years old! What is most amazing is that my son's room had ten year old stains in the carpet, and Clean Your Carpet got them out. Also gone is discoloration from using a spray can carpet cleaner in our living room. DO NOT USE A CLEANER FROM A BIG BOX STORE! Tim charges more than many other carpet cleaning services. That being said, we are selling our home, and would have had to replace my son's carpet, had the stains not disappeared. So, he saved us $$. Are his services cheap? NO. Does he deliver a fantastic service? **** YES! Would I hire anyone else? NO.

old stains came out - meticulous work

Great! The technicians were friendly and professional and took their time but worked efficiently. The carpet, though old and neglected, now looks good again and feels so much softer to walk on!

The crew arrived on time, was very responsive to a few questions from me, and had the job done in two hours. They kindly took care of moving a few heavy pieces of furniture back and forth so that we did not have to move them out of the basement, and also treated an area of carpet that tended to smell like cat urine on damp days. The results were excellent -- the carpets really did look like new when they were done.

Great. I have 3 cats, 2 greyhounds and a husband who never wipes his feet. Whenever they clean my carpets, the house smells wonderful for days.

It's a family owned business, and that's a nice personal touch. Tim is very accommodating with scheduling and his workers are pleasant, punctual, and professional. It is also very good to know that Tim has a Master Cleaner certification. He knows about cleaning.

The company was punctual, professional and did a good job. I find their pricing to be on the higher end for these services but competitive.

The two gentlemen who did the cleaning were very professional. Tim certainly met my needs and what I wanted done. They are probably the highest priced group in this local, but they do an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

We had carpet cleaned in 2 rooms and a stairway. The carpet had some pretty dark traffic areas, as well as spots from spilled drinks. I was really amazed at how clean they looked - better than I had hoped! This is the first time we've had our carpet professionally cleaned, and I was very impressed with the equipment used, which was much different than the kind of machine we've rented when doing the carpet ourselves. There was a long hose with an attachment at the end that could get right up to the base boards, and also able to get very precise and deep into the corners of the stairs. The team was very professional, efficient, and effective. Very pleasant experience!

They have a unique setup. They designed a custom, whole cleaning operation for oriental rugs. They are very professional, very focused and timely. They are also extremely focused on providing quality work.
