Tim and Clean Your Carpets was great. My wool carpet was dirty and smelled bad, due to pet accidents over the years. In spite of my steaming the carpet, using rug deodorizer, and and hiring professional in house cleaners, the odor still remained especially during humid and wet days. Tim brought my carpet to his location, processed it through a soak to remove animal residue, repaired a section where the backing was worn and returned my carpet looking like new and smelling wonderful! Can’t say enough about this transformation.

The cleaning crew was on time and very professional. They communicated very well and were very clean. Followed all COVID protocols at all times. Overall, a very good experience. I would recommend them highly

One of our poor cats suffered from gastrointestinal issues towards the end of his life which unfortunately left our finished basement carpeting in bad shape. The folks at Clean Your Carpets were very friendly and professional and performed the cleaning plus deodorization (while still being realistic about the expectations regarding certain pet odors). As it turns out, the treatment completely eliminated the lingering odors - we were very pleased!

Fabulous! My rugs haven’t been cleaned in years. With dogs,kids,and adults walking through with shoes from the garden,driveway not to mention our sandy soil in the yard, the rugs were pretty dusty and dirty. The workers came and took them up even with the furniture there. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the rugs. They told me all about the process which is amazing and how they would even weigh less after they were clean! They came back lighter and brighter and fresher smelling for sure. The rugs came back on the date that was promised. Tim, the owner, great guy. I spoke with him at length on the phone and he answered all my questions and any concerns that I had. A very investment indeed.

On the job they were courteous and professional, explaining all services and costs, and then performing the work just as described. The carpets look great, and they were sure to point out the one stain (paint!) that wouldn't come out.

WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE RESULTS. SOME SPOTS WERE MISSED. CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO HAVE CLEAN YOUR CARPETS TO COME AND AND REDO SERVICE, OWNER REFUSED. HE WOULD ONLY DO MISSED SPOTS...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAY OVER PRICED. WOULD NEVER HIRE AGAIN. WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, BUT GAVE "D" RATING FOR OWNER. I LEFT REVIEW ON OWNER'S OWN WEBSITE, WHICH HE TOOK DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS A BAD REVIEW. I AM GUESSING HE DOES THIS FOR ALL BAD REVIEWS. I HAVE PAID HALF OF WHAT I PAID AND HAD SAME RESULTS FROM OTHER CARPET CLEANERS I HAVE HIRE IN PAST. I HAVE MY CARPETS DONE ANNUAL.
