I have used them before, they cleaned the carpets and the hardwood floor on the old house, and the service was great, easy to work with, very pleasant, and they do a great job.

When I called and spoke with Tim he was professional, friendly and educated about what needed to be done and immediately made me feel like his goal was to provide excellent customer service. He was able to get his team to my home the following day which was amazing since we called so last minute. The team members came when they said they would, called ahead of time and did a great job cleaning the furniture, I would highly recommend Clean Your Carpets Inc. and will have them back in my home for any future cleaning projects.

Tim is very responsive and keep me well informed . The team is professional and always call ahead of time . They arrive and get right to work - are very thorough - always go the extra mike . I have used them on a number of cleanings . Ben and Chuck are personable engaging in conversation . I am always more than pleased with the work done . They are more expensive since then some others but worth every penny more. I highly recommend !

Very well. The 2 techs called within window I was given.They arrived right when they said they would.It was Halloween day. I needed a deep carpet cleaning.They estimated a 2 hour job.They nailed it. They moved my couches for me also. My neighbor saw them at my house and asked for an estimate for her carpets after they finished mine. I don't know if they had more on their schedule or not but they did go over to do an estimate. My carpets came out better than I even expected. I highly recommend and will surely hire them again.Cost approx. 1 dollar per foot.

The results were excellent. Clean Your Carpets arrived as scheduled, and completed the cleaning/conditioning of several pieces of leather furniture efficiently.

Surprisingly, these rugs had never been cleaned before and were dingy. They were able to clean the white rugs as if they were new. The grout in the bathroom went from a gray to a bright white.

They were very responsive and professional and were able to remove stains and odor in the Master Bedroom carpet. I would definitely use them again

I have antique, custom made, Chippendale dining room chairs that have the original Original Brunchwig & Fils fabric on them. Several of them had small food stains. There were also watermarks from trying to clean them ourselves. So, I contacted Tim Mickelsen at “Clean Your Carpet” for help. He quickly arranged to have his technicians come to my house and assess the situation. Ben and Tom, arrived on time and indicated that they would try to do what they could, but that a followup visit may be necessary. I was very impressed with both their knowledge and skill. They were able to clean the blemishes to a point where they no longer existed or were so faint that they are not noticeable. Tim quickly scheduled a second visit to do some touch up. Overall, I am very satisfied with Tim’s responsiveness and his technicians’ ability to make me feel comfortable with the work they planned to do and then to do an excellent job. I would strongly recommend “Clean Your Carpets” to all others who require similar work.

We are very pleased with the job that was done. Our family room carpet was extremely dirty. We have had a lot of problems with the dirt and stains reappearing after the carpet was cleaned so I was skeptical about it being able to come clean. But it did. The carpet looks amazing and after a week no stains have reappeared. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
