Description of Work: They asked for 90 minutes; presentation took 2 1/2 hrs. No price info until end of presentation. Price $20,000 with 15% discount if one signs immediately. Again, $20,000 for 5 double hung windows and a 3 panel glass patio door for a 1100 sq ft 1st floor 1 level condo unit. No follow up asking for the sale which I suppose means they don't make many sales once they leave the presentation without buyer agreement. Price ridiculously high imho.

Description of Work: two new slider doors, and a small window. Price is high, quality good. a few warnings... installation was ok, but not complete, however they do back that up and sent someone far better. the doors are very nice, price is high, which I suppose covers the life time warranty. I would never deal with their sales force again however. If you have available cash and know what you want, fine... otherwise they will log into your credit history to the point where your credit score will go down from 'hits' just to make a sale. One benefit is you deal with one company, purchase, install and back up, which they do. just steer clear of their high pressure sales. the 'deals' they offer on the phone never are real... never for what you wanted.
