Description of Work: They were a no show the first day. (His wife went into labor). Called the next day and apologized . My fireplace and furnace chimneys hasn't been cleaned over 8 years. When they cleaned the furnace chimney, I was informed that there were bricks missing and the lining was cracked! They showed my son the broken pieces that were in the box. It was suggested that I install a pipe into the chimney to prevent future problems. Since they were already here, it was installed. Great job.!

I am very satisfied customer.
Description of Work: Oscar and his helper did a great job of cleaning and inspecting my chimney. He was punctual and efficient. He replaced my flu opener so that I could use my fireplace. More importantly, he found a potential health risk in the chimney left over from when the previous owner dormered the house. This was a serious situation that our oil company inspector never found. Oscar patiently explained the need for a new steel flu liner and answered all questions respectfully. He is professional, a class act, and he knows his craft very well.
