Scott (the owner) was amazing, when called, he picked up the phone personally, I told him what I needed, he told me that he comes to the house with a helper and does the job himself, gave me an "estimate over the phone". I called last minute on my part (on a Saturday and asked if he anything ASAP, he told me he would get back to me the next morning, and he did. He happened to have some time the same day..( which was a Sunday). He came when promised and did such an unbelievable job, I really couldn't imagine my 6 yr old carpets looking like they were brand new and just put down!!!! I will definitely be using his company again and referring out to my friends!!!

It went very well. Scott came with a helper and was on time, personable and got right to work. Everything went off without a problem and the end result was wonderful.

One phone call was all it tookj. Scott answered and we set a time and date. He arrived on time and inspected the surfaces to be cleaned. Work began and was finished within one hour. Everything went well and my carpets look as if they were just purchased. I would recommend him to anyone who wants clean Carpets.

I was very happy with their service. I had some very bad stains that I was worried would not come out. The owner was able to get all of the stains out with regular cleaning. One very tough stain he had to use extra stain removal cleaners which he only charged me $5 . He was easy to work with, explained everything, and did what he said he would. It's nice to see that some people still take pride in there work. I will definitely be using them again. s do not

Very well. I noticed two minor stains that weren't removed. They came back and were able to remove one of the stains.

It went very well. The carpet looks better than it has ever looked. They even got the stains out that the previous cleaning service could not remove that were there from the previous owner (15 years ago). They came on time, were professional and did an excellent job.

Scott Yeffet, the owner, made an appointment at my convenience. Showed up on time and was very professional. Did a great job cleaning my very dirty carpets throughtout the house. I will recomend him to a friend who needs her carpet cleaned.

Effectively cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and a full basement carpet. Their team moved small furniture including my stationary bike to access the carpet beneath. Scot responded promptly and showed up on time. He's a nice guy and was easy to work with. They effectively cleaned and renewed our carpet. He deodorized a funky basement carpet.. His overall charge was reasonable and he cleaned up before he left. It was a very positive experience and we recommend his service highly.

Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. Most importantly, he worked hard at getting our carpets clean and did a very good job. We would happily recommend him to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

I purchased a house and wanted to have the basement carpet cleaned before moving in. I called Scott and he was able to meet my schedule. He asked what kind of stains I had and I told him it looked like rust. He said no problem he could get out rust. We agreed on a time. He called to confirm and met me at the house at the time arranged. Scott and his assistant Jeff were very professional. They treated the stains and cleaned the rug in just over an hour. The rug looked like new! I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this experience. Great communication, professional, knowledgeable and prompt - and the carpet looks great! I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

My carpets were dirty and had some old stains that Magic Carpet was able to remove. Scott did a great job and I was so pleased with the work he did that I would highly recommend his services.

I accidently used a bleach product to clean spots on a relatively new, expensive area rug. I was basically frantic! I found Magic Carpet on Angie's list. Scott, the owner, is listed as a certified carpet dying specialist and he is!. He contacted me immediately after I emailed him and explained in detail his experience and method. I sent him photos of the damage from which he custom ordered the needed dyes. Today, he and his associate, Jeff, spent about 3 hours hand dying the spots with droppers using a mixture of colors that made a perfect match. They were meticulous and delighful perfectionists! They were also very careful of my furniture and floors. My rug now looks like new! They are worth every penny and I highly recommend them. Bravo!

They called as promised prior to the visit, were extremely courteous and did a great job cleaning our couches and area rug. Pricing was somewhat higher than expected, but having a brother-in-law in the business (in N. Carolina), I knew it was reasonable. Although I had to be sure that they moved the furniture to gain access to "unseen" surfaces, they were more than willing to do so. They were also careful that their equipment would not cause any damage in the house, and wore plastic booties to prevent unwanted dirt on our floors. In summary, I would highly recommend them but would also caution that any customers should speak up and ask questions regarding the work and not be hesitant to point out any issues.

Needed someone in a hurry as we were having folks over. My son called and they came the next day and did an excellent job. We were very pleased when we saw the results.

Scott was very helpful with scheduling the appointment, and on the day of the appointment, called to let us know he was on his way.He pre-treated a few spots, and made a nasty rug in an apartment nice, and fresh smelling. We are very happy with his work.

Made original appointment and called nigth before to see if we could reschedule due to Hurricane Sandy. No Problem. Calls night before to confirm time the next day which is great. They were ontime, very professional and friendly and did an awesome job on cleaning the carpet - which we never thought some of the stuff would ever get out.

Overall: this company is efficient, professional, friendly, courteous,and highly reliable. They are fair, explain everything upfront first, gave me the chance to chose what i wanted to have them do. They are polite and clean. They left no mess behind> only a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, FRESH carpet! Their prices are INCREDIBLY competitive compared with "chain" companies. Their charge for the job done was VERY FAIR!

My experience with Magic Carpet, Scott ( the owner ) and his assistant was exceptional. I was alble to get an appointment for the same week I called, and the estimate I received over the phone was exactly what I was charged upon completion of the work. They arrived at the promised time and promptly reconfirmed with me everything I wanted done. Scott and his assistant were extremely professional, as well as incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took real pride in doing the job well ( an unusual attribute to today's world ) and went out of their way to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
