Scott brought the white back into my carpet and removed pet stains from my hallway and they haven't come back!

They did an excellent job for us. We had linen and cotton chairs/sofas that had many stains on them. They took great care to make sure the job was done correctly. We were very satisfied with their work and have had them back to our house a couple more times for cleaning. I would highly recommend and use them again.

We did pay a little extra because the sofa was larger than what the deal said. It was very good. They did a great job. They charged me more than the big deal I purchased.

Showed up as scheduled. All work went according to plan. I was very happy with results. Work done by owner with one assist. I called him the night service was finished with concern about a ripple in den carpeting. He assured me that if it didn't flatten out by morning, he would come back. No need for his return - all looked great in morning. I would recommend and use again.

I had the work done in the summer and a strong odor from the cleaning solution lingered for a few days perhaps because of the humidity. One carpet that had been really dirty turned out great and looks new. In another room, Scott worked on a stain that had never come out before when I had the carpet cleaned. Unfortunately, when the carpet dried, there was a lightened area where the stain had been and it was in a visible area. Scott felt the lightening might have been due to previous attempts to remove the stain. Still, he came back (after a delay because of his equipment problems) and dyed the lightened area back to match the original color at no additional cost. I was impressed with his professionalism.

They were good. They only came once. It was the time I signed up for it. They made the appointment right away. They came and did a fine job. There was no problem and they were professional. They responded right away, and they were there when they said.

They did amazing work. I was stunned to see how dirty the carpets actually were (we just purchased the house and wanted to give everthing a thorough cleaning before we moved our items in). When they were done, the carpets looked new and caused us to reconsider ripping up and replacing the carpets all together. The provider was incredibly professional and informative. Their work was so amazing I have already recommended them to my neighbor and she is looking forward to using their services. I highly recommend this company.

Scott is the owner and my issue was, I have a very time wealth and very expensive carpet. I was trying to clean some spots from my kitty cat, grabbed the wrong bottle and used something with bleach in it. I had horrible bleach that spots in the carpet. The carpet is not available anymore and I found this guy from Angie’s List for carpet dyeing and he is of the few certified people in the Northeast. They came in here, lied down on my carpet, and applied layers of color. You cannot find it and the spots were gone. It was an extraordinary work and he is an artisan. The price was good. It was not cheap but the carpet worth a couple of thousand dollars. He guaranteed the work that if it fades, they will come back. It has been over the year and has not faded. He is extraordinary and understands what he was doing. I will recommend him to anybody that needed carpet repair. It was $500. He fixed the carpet that would worth considerably more than that and was not replaceable. He was great. I had tried everything and I really thought I was screwed because the carpet was not available anymore. I know what I was going to do. If ever I need to, I will use him again. I recommended him to a couple of other people who had a couple of different types of problems. I do not know how that came out but I know it was right.

First of all I want to say that the service provided was almost a year ago. I just realized that I never wrote a review and - even after all this time - felt compelled to do so. The experience was just that good. The cost is an estimate, as I don't remember exactly. Regardless, the money was extremely well spent and I wouldn't think twice about spending it again. Scott called me very shortly after I reached out for a quote. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and did the job with the utmost care. He explained to me the process and answered all my questions. This is a rental property and I needed a quick turn around, which I got. The carpet was only 2 years old, but my former tenant was a slob. When Scott was finished, it looked again as it did the day it was installed. The best thing was they wore those little surgical/crime scene booties to protect the carpet as they cleaned. I though this was SUPER because every time I had my carpet cleaned by any other company before they were never worn. It was just so cool. What can I say, the little amuses the innocent, I guess. Love them! Use them you won't be disappointed.

They showed up within the time frame agreed on. They called to say they might be late, but they were on time. We had one stain on the carpet that they tried different solutions until the stain came out. We had stains on the sectional from my dogs and they got them all out. They also told us that after everything dried if we found any stains that didn't come out to call them and they would come back and re-clean the spot at no charge.

This was the first time I used Magic Carpet Cleaning & Dyeing. All I can say is the service was excellent. Scott Yeffert (owner) returned my call within the same day. Since I work full time in New York City I get home kind of late in the evening so Scott did my rugs on Sunday. He gave me a window of between 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. and showed up at 1:15 p.m. Scott is very personable and professional. The few questions I had about my rug were answered in detail in addition to the pros and cons of having a short shag carpet. Scott also advised me to check out his website as I asked him about a spray to spot clean the rug. So -- would I call Scott again -- the answered is definitely yes. Actually, I told him I will contact him after the holidays to clean my ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. I already recommended Scott to my sister and neighbor. Definitely a keeper!!!

My 18 year old carpet looks brand new. They were on time, polite, thorough, all you could ask for. I would definitely reccommend them to others.

Everything was great. From my first call to Scott to his departure, it was a pleasure doing business with him and his associate, Jeff. Scott called the evening before to confirm, and give an approximate time frame. He called again the morning of just prior to his arrival (which was on the mark from the original time frame). Upon their arrival I asked if I could add the 2nd landing & stairs and he said no problem. The rugs were really bad, and they look terrific.

Scott arrived right on time...had a helper....both worked accurately...sofa had magic marker on arm of sofa......I was so grateful he got it out...they cleaned every inch ....including all pillows...cleaned area rug to perfection...They were both polite...I was very impressed with their work ethic. I would recommend this company and I will use them again..

They were very nice, professional and on time. With 2 children my carpets were terrible and they got all the stains out! Better than any carpet cleaningt service I have used!!! I would definitely use this company again!

Superb customer experience! Called for an appointment, got all details and estimate right away. Appointment set for a week later. They showed up exactly as promised, surveyed the house, put down cloths and wall corner protectors, pretreated spots, worked systematically and efficiently through the house (basement and main floor), and did an excellent job of both spot removal (using both pre-treatment and re-treatment where needed) and general cleaning. Owner and an assistant, both very knowledgable and accomodating. "Clean-cut" workers, very respectful of our house and of us. Offered to move couches, carpet runners, and other items (though we declined!). Reset everything before leaving. Advised on general preventative procedures. We absolutely plan on using them again.
