Magic Carpet Cleaning & Dyeing

Description of Work: First of all they arrived 10 minutes early! They cleaned two very large wool area rugs, plus one smaller one downstairs. They cleaned two staircases, one big couch, one loveseat, one large chair and footrest. Plus two carpeted rooms. They were fast, pleasant, professional. In and out, but without making me feel like they were hurrying through their work. AND my house looks gorgeous. I would definitely not only use them again but recommend them highly to anyone else.

Description of Work: Cleaned and deodorized 9 X 12 area rug and ottoman. Cleaned carpeting on stairs, hallway and 3 bedrooms. Courteous, friendly, professional, informative.

Description of Work: they arrived on time and steamed 2 rooms and my hallway stairs and myliving room rug.They even did my stairs to the basement from the living room. Great job.

Description of Work: Condition of carpet after cleaning was not as we had expected and it took over a week for carpet to be completely dry. We were told it would be completely dry within 24 hours. Stains reappeared after a few weeks . I am not certain as to the date of service.

Description of Work: Needed my carpets cleaned & selected this company from the reviews posted. We needed the work done that week & Scott was so accommodating & professional. Being he had to squeeze us in due to time constraints, he kept us posted on the time he would arrive. He & his assistant did a super job & also gave us some good advice on an issue we had in one of the rooms. We would definitely recommend this company & plan to use their services again.

Description of Work: Scott is great: Polite, prompt, competent, fair-priced, and actually calls to keep you posted on his arrival time or in response to your calls: a dying breed I'm afraid.

Description of Work: Scott, and his team were very professional. Scott was on time, and did a fantastic job. I had a living room, small hallway, stairway (20 stairs) and another small hallway cleaned and deodorized for $140.00. All of the dog and bird stain from my Parrot was removed, and my carpet smells delicious. I have used the "designer companies", and Scott and team by far did the best job. I will be using the company again.
