Did a great job

Service person arrived on time. Found the issue after a bit of investigation and repaired faulty wiring. The job was more expensive than I anticipated but on a 90 degree day I was not complaining.

Tony and Jake were excellent. They explained the repairs and what needed to be done.

After sitting in a cold home needing someone to help get the heat back on, Garner sent someone to my home late afternoon. Not much was required to get the heat on. I will be calling in the spring for my AC tune up!

The first person that was sent was very knowledgeable but did not completely resolve the problem and left me somewhat confused. However after I made a second call to follow-up on what was advised another service rep was dispatched. The second person made sure the problem was resolved and did not leave until i was completely satisfied.

Joe arrived promptly the same day I reacged out and effectively diagnosed the issue with my cooling unit. He took the time to show and explain everything I was interested in learning about, which I appreciated. I'd recommend Garmer's service.

Technician took 15 minutes to write bill and then charged me for extra half hour. Work was done and he kept stalling.

Joe did a top notch repair of our HVAC system.

Joe was both knowledgeable and honest. Since family members are asthmatic, we needed a technician who was both to repair our HVAC system.

It's very hard to pay there high cost of $79 for the first hour then $69 for each hour thereafter for they could take a long time to find, fix and replace or if its too much and we would be paying for no repair. We are on social security and are extremely limited on money...the bill came to $380. They knew our situation but it ment nothing to them.

This company showed up on time and fixed my air conditioner after another company said I needed to replace my whole unit after three trips to my home. They were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend

Good service

Great customer service! I live out of state and have a rental property on Long Island that was having a problem with the AC unit. I called Garmer and they were able to service the unit the next day. The price for the service was fair and, me being out of state, they didn't ask for payment or a deposit prior to the work being done. I highly recommend Garmer.
