Gary reached out to me immediately after I completed the HomeAdvisor form online. He asked me several questions, gave me some 'ballpark' pricing and didn't pressure me, like some shops. Wiithin the hour of the call, Joe ( the field tech) arrived at my house. Joe was an excellent, experienced AC tech. He wasted no time troubleshooting and explained my possibilities clearly. He was confident of what the trouble was within minutes and repaired my system. I would recommend this company and request Joe again if I have any issues in the future. Did a great job .he gave me my options and repaired it at a reasonable price

The tech was prompt and courteous. My humidifier was old and leaking. It was very obvious it had to be replaced. I thought the price was a little high especially after paying the service fee a couple of days before. Bottom line the work was excellent and my new humidifier is working great.

They were very good and he worked really hard.

Excellent service

The contractor was closer to a turtle than a skilled worker. He was walking at 1 mile an hour, it took him about 3 hours to identify the problem and 2 hours to fix it. And by the way he disconnected two of my heating zones. Am I upset? Yes, you bet I payed $930 for a job that should have taken half of the time. I do not recommend this repair shop.

The repair agent Danny was professional and explained everything in detail. I would definitely hire them again.
