Very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable

I hired them for A/C System repair. They charged me $160 for diagnostic. I have no problem with the charge but they cannot give me any guarantee, they told me first they have to charge A/C System, that's $450 plus time they spend on vacuum and charging A/C unit, but no guarantee if it will work but I still have to pay for that and then if that don't work I have to replace A/C compressor but even with compressor replacement they cannot provide any guarantee if my A/C will work after all that repair.

Joe, the service technician that was sent, was well experienced in every phase of central air conditioning service and repair, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had me cooled down in no time, a no brained on who I'll call next time I need A/C service, Garmer was a great find for me!

Joe was able to diagnose our AC problem right away and was to quickly fix our unit. He conveys integrity and honesty and made us feel confident that the work performed was necessary and warranted. The cost of the work was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Garner Industries to anyone else.

Technician, Joe called us within a few minutes of requesting a need for repair. He arranged for an appointment the next day and gave us a firm time. All others gave us 6-8 hour “windows” The Technician arrived on time and his fee was 1/2 the price of the other companies, charging less than $80 to come out and diagnose the issue. The fee was included in the labor time so really the most expensive item was the parts itself that were needed. He walked my wife and me through the problem and what is required to correct it. We recently had new siding on our home and the siding workers in moving the unit lost/misplaced the service switch. Luckily Joe had a service switch in his work van and the crisis was averted. Bottom line: fast, reliable, honest and fair service.

The crew came on time & was very professional. from the time i called the company to service my 2 AC central air units they came within 24 hours for an annual maintenance.

First of all from the first phone call to the time the repair was finished I felt extremely comfortable dealing with this company. They are one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with and I'm a builder/developer so I don't use the term lightly. Joe the technician came ontime, was extremely qualified, diagnosed the problem, had the parts, fixed the problem and was gone within an hour. The price was fair - It doesn't get any better then this. Highly recommend!

I understand it was a pretty crazy time of the year but the service person could have been more courteous and patient in explaining the issue and flexible to be available until we were back home but the issue was resolved , hence no complaints.Thank you so much for a job well done!!!!
