His work was excellent. He did a fine job.

The plumber arrived on schedule -- this particular plumber had done work for us before -- and had the parts needed with him, so the job was finished quickly. We have had no problems with the system in the approximately two years it has been operating.

We decided to use someone else. The salesperson was professional, polite, timely, and punctual. The reason we decided not to go with him was his reaction to the project. He kept seeing the limitations and he must have said three or four times that this would be really challenging and that it would require moving doorways instead of just cupboards. His end quote and schematic was actually very similar to the person we decided to go with but his overall attitude was not creative. I was looking for creativity and someone who would be excited and enthusiastic about the project. We didn?t actually get to the point of getting a financial quote; we just did the design aspect of it. He came up with two schematics and one was radical and had every single thing in the kitchen moved. My confidence in his ability to see the project as something good kept me from going forward with him. He wasn?t terrible, it just wasn?t what I was looking for. I wanted someone who would relish the challenge that the room presented and he just wasn?t the guy. I would recommend that people go to this company because they are reputable and the products that they have are fine. I?m not sure I would recommend the individual person, but I have no problem recommending the company.

We were service by McKenna's Kitchens a division of McKenna's Plumbing. We have owned and remodeled several homes. Many times we have done part of the work ourselves and hired contractors to take on the major portions. This was one of three times we have had a company do the full remodel, soup to nuts. McKenna's met and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We thought their pricing was somewhat high, but I have to say that it was worth it. The quality of work was superior and they paid great attention to the details. There are always little problems along the way, and their handling of these issues was exemplary. They held the same high standards to their work that we did. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied. We were treated well from the design phase through the end of the project. My sincere gratitude to Armand, Pete and Paul. They made our remodeling experience the best one yet.

I enjoyed working with their designer. She was very good at helping us select products. Their worker was a little slow but his work was of extremely high quality. Their workmanship overall was of high quality. I am assuming they were competitively priced too.

The job went very well. The access to one exterior supply line and hose bib was through a 17' crawl space. Relocating the other involved access into a very tight hand space to remove the existing bib, and rerouting the new line through space largely ocuppied by air handling ductwork while minimizing turns and lengths. The required coordination of removal, finished placement, and reinstall with the exterior siding contractor went very smoothly and did not required owner effort. I have used McKenna previously (replaced water heater, replaced sump pump) and I will continue to use them. I regard McKenna plumbing highly and recommend them.

I've never hired a contractor for work, so I was pretty lightheaded during the entire experience. I bought a home in the city and the bathroom needed complete renovation. I looked up contractors on Angie's list because of the horror stories of others. I went to the Henrietta showroom of T. McKenna and eventually that led to my bathroom being finished. The materials there are great. I was worried about pricing, but I just found out from others the prices were good for the materials -- if you want linoleum go to Home Depot. The guys that worked on the bathroom were great.

When my dryer was orginally converted from electric to gas the work was not done correctly. Subsequent work to replace vent hose was not vented to outside and again not done properly. This was a fire hazard. I feel confident that the vents and connections have now been properly replaced and connected and the previous fire hazard is corrected. The only problem now is that I cannot open the door to my dryer completely because it (the dryer) had to be moved forward and the door to the laundry area now interfers with the dryer door. The gentlman doing the work told me that this might be a problem and I said this was okay but it is an annoyance. This place is expensive but they do quality work and overall I was happy to have this situation corrected.

Everything was on schedule. They did the work very well and they showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves and I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time I had used their services. They came the same day that I called. They were there on time and went right to work. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them, they were very helpful.

Excellent! I was concerned about what turned out to be a harmless fungus in the drain pipe. Person was very informative and helpful. He answered questions about overall water drainage inside and outside.

Shower continued to leak after they were finished. Our third contractor for this project said the drain was not screwed in and that the pan liner's weep holes were covered over with mortar.

I am very satisfied with the work they did. The job is very beautiful. When they put in the vent fan there was never one there before and they didn t mess up on anything. They were very polite and punctual. Everything turned out the way I wanted it to. I would not change a thing about the work they did or the professionalism of the company.

THE HEATERS THAT WERE REPLACED DO NOT HEAT UP AS MUCH AS THE OLD ONES AND ARE RUSTING AFTER TWO MONTHS.MCKENNA SAID THEY WERE THE SAME WATTAGE AS THE OLD ONES BUT THEY HAVE NEVER CHECKED TO SEE IF THEY ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY. WE ASKED IF THEY WERE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED ELECTRIAN. MCKENNA NEVER RESPONDED. WE ARE CONERNED THEY MAY BE A FIRE HAZARD.I ASKED WHY THE HEATERS WERE NOT WHITE AS I REQUESTED. MCKENNA SAID THAT WAS THE ONLY WHITE THEY CAME IN. ULTIMATELY AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO BE PAINTED. THE TILE WORK WAS POORLY DONE. THE TILE ON THE SHOWER SEAT IS UNEVEN AND OVER HANGS THE SEAT. THE TILE WORK WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO BE REDONE. THE SHOWER DOOR WAS INCORRECTLY REPLACED AFTER THE TILE WORK WAS COMPLETE. THE REPLACEMENT LIGHT IS NOT THE SAME WATTAGE AS THE OLD ONE. DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS NO FINAL ADJUSTED BILL WAS SENT. DAN MCKENNA WAS TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE AND NEVER VISITED TO INSPECT THE WORK HIMSELF.

Mckenna's T Plumbing is right down the street from where I live, and I saw them doing other people. That is why I decided to hire them, and I don't regret it. I would recommend to anyone. I feel they went the extra mile for me.

I felt that McKennas did a professional job and knew what they were doing. They were very prompt and professional at the task that they completed.

We have hired McKennas Plumbing in the past. They ordered all materials and started on time. The job took one week as they said it would. The job was done right and we are very satisfied.

McKenna's T Plumbing did very good clean thorough job. I have hired him for other jobs, too. I would recommend him to friends and family. I am very pleased with the work.

McKennas Plumbing did good work but they were way overpriced. The new toilet we got was about $150, and when they handed us the bill in the end, they had piled on all kinds of other charges that they never told us about until we got the bill. I won't hire them again.

I was very pleased with McKenna's T Plumbing. They came out right away and actually arrived a little early which we didn't mind. They were very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them to others.
