Description of Work: This was a 3 room special offered through you. Our cleaner was very nice and included a small hallway as well. He did a thorough job and I am well satisfied. I especially liked that there was no chemical odor when he finished, and that the carpet dried within a day- just in time for the holidays!

They removed pet stains and the odor and made sure it died out very well. They did a followup call after the service was performed and made sure everything was up to satisfaction.

Description of Work: Rick was very honest and helpful. He indicated that he would not be able to clean the upholstered furniture, due to the type of upholstery. I would never have known.

 + -1 moreRick Anderson, owner and operator, is efficient, courteous and prompt. Rug looks like new. I was aslo pleased that the carpet was cleaned without getting overly wet. It dried quickly even on a very humid day. I feel that his pricing is fair. I received an estimate from another provider and their price was approximately twice as much. His company is the only one listed by the Better Business Bureau and I have already given his phone number to 2 of my friends.
