Description of Work: I spoke to them in the morning and they were able to fit my evening schedule. Omar arrived introduced himself and began working on my lock. I was so impressed with his professlism I asked him to give me a quote on window gates. He took notes and responded with a quote within 24 hours. It was a little high, but I may go with them just because of their craftmenship. Omar, even secured another lock I had. He put in a longer screw. I have used them in the past and they are consistant in their service level and the cost. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: My lock on my door was loose inside. The locksmith explained everything he was doing was prompt, informative very honest. He made sure I was satisfied and that the lock was working which he tried several times. It was such a pleasure to have someone so honest and helpful. I was very happy with their service. I was nervous about hiring someone from the phone book, but their ad said "same owner for 26 years" so I called and verified that. I told them I needed my locks changed asap. They sent someone over within a few hours. The office even called to tell me when the locksmith was en route to me to keep me updated. I was in a hurry to leave the house, so the locksmith worked very quickly. He was polite, professional, neat and quick. I would absolutely recommend this business.
