It went well. Good communication. Arrived when he said he would. Shared a picture and was given several options and an estimate from best case to worse case scenario. Appreciate the candor. The gentleman was able to remove the key and had I had a spare that would have been the lowest cost solution, but in the end I had him replace the cylinder. They replaced it with the model I requested which is about a $110 unit if I picked it up myself. Took about 20 mins and I was back inside. He cleaned up, vacuumed and was professional and good spirited throughout. I would hire White's Locksmith again.

They were polite, came on time, fairly priced, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would use them again in the future

I called them at 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend (Passover/Easter) to see if they could help unlock a door when the keys had been accidentally locked inside. By 3:40 they called back and said they would be there within a half hour. They arrived when they said they would, opened the door quickly, and helped to resolve what had been a frustrating afternoon. The locksmith was professional and wonderful to deal with. We would definitely use them again.

White had originally installed these locks on an upstairs room. The occupant,a female student had to move to a down stairs room and wanted the same high security locks removed and reinstalled in the downstairs room. White was very professional and did the job in a half hour.OOO

I called White's locksmith and explained that I had four different locks at my elderly parents home that I wanted rekeyed so that one key would open all. I emailed pictures of the locks so they could determine if it could be done. They said it would be no problem and set up an appointment. They took care of all the locks in a timely and professional manner. I'm so relieved that my parents don't want have to fumble with keys anymore! They even gave us a senior discount.

I have an old door and the tumblers broke. They came out within two hours of me calling them. Someone broke in and took everything. He came on a Sunday and he was really reasonable. He was very helpful, nice, and prompt and he did the job. I thought it was little pricey but, it was a Sunday. Everything is fine now. He did what I wanted and he is good. I got good advise from him and I felt comfortable with him.

Upon me calling the business They made the appointment based on my schedual. We exchanged numbers so if anyone was running late a call can be made. On the date of service I arrived early, so I made a call to the company and advised them that I arrived approx 45 minutes early so if the locksmith was running ahead of schedule he should feel free to come early. The person answering the call said he will advise the locksmith At approx 1010 hrs ( for a 1030 appointment ) I I recieved a call from the locksmith advising me that he was in front of my location. Great !!! He then tried to fix the lock, for about 15 minutes but was unable to do so. He had the part on the truck and replaced it quickly. He cleaned up the parts, wrote the bill, got paid and was on his way. In less time than I expected. It felt good to be ahead of schedule for a change !!! Thanks

Excellant response . Excellant service. My bag was robbed and my keys were in it. When I called White locksmith whey were there before the cops.they installed the lock and as always explained everything they were doing. They have a customer for life.

Dominic answered my call promptly, took the appointment for the following day. He asked me to text him some of the pictures of the locks so he could come prepared. Sent them by text and he confirmed everything with me the night before. He sent one of his guys Al who showed up almost on time. Al worked quickly and competently, and had changed all the locks in my house in under an hour. Cost was reasonable for what they did at about $250. Would definitely recommend them.

He repaired it beautifully. He responded quickly and was able to fix the problem within 3 hours. He was terrific. He knew his stuff and was a real craftsman.

Kelvin from White's locksmith showed up in the time slot he promised and immediately got to work. I was very busy that day having other contractors come in/out for estimates for some work and Kelvin was never in the way. He was there for a few hours and was a complete professional. He did not need any oversight and did a great job. At the end, he provided me with the 5 new sets of keys and appropriately labelled each one. In comparing with other locksmiths, the prices were very competitive (actually cheaper than a few others I contacted on Angie's List). I would not hesitate to recommend White's or use them again.

While he was there I asked him to look at my other locks that did not function well. He repaired everything. I'm a happy customer. I would highly recommend their service!

The lock on my front door stopped working and I found White's Locksmith on Angie's List. Al arrived in about 20 or 30 minutes and replaced the cylinder. Al was great and friendly and he worked quickly and with no mess. I would reccomend White's Locksmith to everyone.

Had a stuck key in my front Storm door and couldn't get the locksmith who installed it (who's in Maspeth) on the phone. Called White's and described the problem, and they said they'd be there within the hour, and they were! Very friendly gentleman named Al, thought it might just be a problem with the cylinder and after taking the lock apart found that it was (a loose screw). Saved not having to get a new cylinder or lock. Very fast and efficient service and would definitely use them again.

We had a break-in at the office last night though nothing was stolen. I called White's this morning strictly based on the Angie's List reviews. This was not an emergency. They spoke with me immediately, dispatched a knowledgeable person within 2 hours. I was given a quote of $600 to replace two cylinders with new keys, add a deadbolt, add anti-tampering metal bars to two doors and key all the locks alike with a master key and then a separate key for one of the locks. To be honest, I didn't compare the pricing so I have no idea if it was reasonable but it seemed OK to me. I agreed and he came back within two hours with all the equipment already prepared for installation. It took him around an hour to do the work which looks very neat and he cleaned up after himself by using our vacuum. Except for the fact that I have no idea if the price was good or not (and it very well could have been), this was a very good experience.

I was having a problem with the lock on the security gate outside my basement door. Sometimes I could get it to unlock but most times the key would turn and I couldn't open the gate. I was also having a problem with the lock on the security gate on the side entrance to my house which would not close securely unless I slammed it shut. I called White's Locksmith based on the positive reviews here on Angie's List and an appointment was made for early Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon Al called and asked for directions to my house, then arrived shortly after. He told me I didn't need a new lock on the security gate outside my basement, as the lock was still good. He did some repair work on the latch part which made the gate work more easily. He then sprayed WD40 inside the lock and also in the hinges. He showed me the correct way to turn the key and the handle to open the gate. I tried it a few times to be sure I was doing it correctly. Al then adjusted the lock on the security gate outside the side door to my house so that it would close securely without my having to slam it shut. He also checked the security door outside the front door of my house to be sure that door was working correctly and used WD 40 to spray inside the lock to lubricate it as he said that lock had gotten very dry just as the other two locks had been. I was very happy with Al's handling of this job.

I couldn't open my door due to a malfunction lock. I found White's Locksmith on the Angie's list, and gave them a call. The person who picked up the call was a bit unfriendly, but was able to help me to schedule an appointment right away. Kelvin then came and resolved the problem for me. He was a professional, and very friendly. He didn't try to sell me anything besides fixing the lock and gave me advises on why it happened. Overall, I'm very content with their services.

He was very nice and accommodating. He was punctual. His price were reasonable. He said he was going to call back and he did.
