Description of Work: Serviceman did show up on time for Gas Range repair .. But he could not able to fix anything .. But he charged 250$ for an hour.. For Gas Range he could not able to open Burner and he said oven lighter can not be fixed. Watch he will see if he can drop part. In short it was waste of money .

Description of Work: Cleaned the filters and recharged the coolant for my Sub Zero refrigerator. I felt the price was a bit high, but needed to have it done. The technician was very courteous and worked quickly. I would call them again.

Description of Work: I basically used them for diagnostics only. One of the problems (dishwasher), I fixed myself. The other (garbage disposal), a plumber friend of mine changed. |I saved $350 (parts and labor) for both. |I do, however, have every confidence that the technician they sent would have done a great job had I not had other resources.

Description of Work: Needed a replacement part for my dishwasher, which I could install. They were courteous & prompt in getting the part for me & explaining how to install it, as well as reordering the part when the wrong on e was sent (error not their fault). I plan to call on them the next time I need appliance repairs.
