They left out areas that didn't get painted, such as under the staircase and the frame of the door wasn't covered properly. The patch jobs were not painted well either. Paint was spilled on the front door mat and wasn't cleaned up. The owner said they would exchange the mat but I haven't heard from them. I was told there would be two coats of paint applied but I don't think they actually put on two coats."

He sent a very reasonable estimate that evening, which I appreciated. He scheduled the job for Monday. We added a few more small projects which he and his brother did without complaint. Everything was finished, both Eddie and his brother were quiet and I was able to work at home while they worked. Eddie is polite, willing, makes good suggestions. They cleaned up and left the apartment looking new again! I highly recommend him for household repairs."
