Neal and Duane Carr did an excellent job with replacing our water heater. We had 3 previous plumbers attempt to repair or replace our water heater before we solved the issue with Prime Heating and Air. They are honest, trustworthy, and professional with their services. They were on time, left the area clean and worked diligently while at the job. We highly recommend Prime Heating and Air.

The parts came in a few days later and he returned and completed the assignment. The test went well and I was happy with the results. Cold weather is on the way. I signed the job complete pad, but was hoping to get a print out of what was preformed on the unit and actual cost of the parts.

Tech. arrived on time, was clean, neat and professional. He methodically checked out the 15yr. old system. Upon finding the problem, he repaired and replaced components. Then re-charged and ran the system to be sure it was cooling to my satisfation. He thoroughly explained the process in easy to understand terms.

Work was scheduled within a week. It took two visits but leaks were fixed. A/C hadn't been serviced in years and everything was cleaned and adjusted. I plan to have them back to replace older parts (coil, etc) to bring A/C up to modern standards.

Neal stopped by with an estimate within one day of my call. The big AC company (who also put in a new heating system 2 years prior) couldn't even schedule an estimate for 3 weeks. No Thanks! The quote was competitive and I selected Prime to do the work. They committed to a 2 week away install and were here on time, ready to go. In at 8:30 am, done and system operation verified by 11:30 am.

Duane was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional. On one of the first, hottest days of the season, we got a same day appointment - though his day was full (thank you so much again!). And this amongst calling multiple other companies who could not, some didn't even return my call (were booked out days/week). Duane was thorough, and gave helpful advice for going forward. Overall helping to get us out of current "overheated" state, while offering options and suggestions for future. Pricing was very reasonable, we will definitely look to Prime Heating and Air for any future air/heating issues. Very thankful to have found this honest, helpful company!

After initial scheduling mix-up, he was on time and completed the work professionally. He advised me on the age and condition of the unit without any sales pressure. He extended a discount for the scheduling mix-up without hesitation, which was appreciated.

I contracted with this company for my yearly AC inspection for $81. They were punctual and communicative. I did not read angies list checklist though, After completion I received a receipt that included no information other than the price paid and charged especially no feedback as to work performed. Any time previously I have had this work perfomed it was $59 and they replace the air filter with a product they provided. This company used a filter next to my air conditioner, installed it I a manner not ideal bent, left the trash next to the furnace and never notified anyone of any issues with the furnace filter. My wife contracted with them upon leaving for our winter furnace inspection and paid up front for it. This is my last dealing with this company for poor attention to detail for at best average quality. I would love a refund on the winter inspection minimally, so I can go back to my non-angio list provider.

Scheduling for both estimate and contracted work went as planned. Neal and Duane were punctual and professional. They installed furnace, a/c and water heater and cleaned up everything as discussed. They did forget the new thermostat, but promised to schedule to do that soon and have already done so. I liked that they are responsive to not only phone calls, but email and texting! I have owned several homes and hired many contractors over the years, it can be difficult to find honest and reliable companies. Prime Heating is one of those companies! I highly recommend them.

Wonderful! Service was prompt, thorough, and courteous. We talked about future work to be done but there was no pressure to commit to anything. I was pleased and will likely be arranging for yearly service on both my furnace and AC now.
