I called and my timing must have been perfect. 2 technicians showed up 30 minutes later. They put on shoe covers which I appreciate. They opened up the unit and checked the flame and spark. That must have been enough since the unit started working. They checked to make sure the propane was flowing and cleaned the condensation pan. Within 30 minutes after arriving, they were done. I plan to have them come back in a couple of months to maintain the ductless splits for this summer. What they charge for the service is very reasonable given that I had contacted a competitor and received a quote that more than 2x what I paid.

We met one of the owners and two techs prior to installation. They reviewed the install together with my wife and I. Questions via phone, text or email were answered promptly. The install was completed when promised and the techs were meticulous. The inside of our home was left spotless, the equipment was perfectly set up and all materials used were high quality. The AC unit was tested and immediately began cooling our home and removing moisture with extremely quiet operation on the outside and inside units. Highly recommend this business.

Very professional and very prompt. Got an estimate on Wed, which was very reasonable, and work was completed on Friday. Would definitely use again and recommend to any one that needs this type of work.

House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air .

It went great! Brad was punctual, friendly, explained everything he did, and was done sooner than he estimated. Brad called me 1 hr 45 min prior to my appointment time to let me know he had a cancellation and asked if he could come early to get the work done. I work from home, so it was no problem to have him come. He came at the new time he promised. Pricewise, they are more than fair - one of their competitors had a coupon "special" that was $99. $89 was Prime's normal price for furnace cleaning. Here is what Brad did for the Furnace Cleaning - - Tune and clean a Lennox gas furnace, - Ran initial heat check and powered off the unit, - Tested the ohms on the hot surface igniter and received a reading of 35.8, - Removed front burner chamber plate. Extracted and cleaned the flame sensor with steel wool. - Removed high limit and inspected the heat exchanger, - Inspected the customer supplied air filter, - Vacuumed out the filter housing, the blower compartment, the burner chamber, all around the outside of the unit, - Inspected all vent piping for signs of wear and deterioration, - Turned on power and ran unit in heat, - Tested the millivolts of the flame sensor and received a reading of 2.3, - Tested the safety by disconnecting the pressure switch, - Performed a courtesy gas leak check, I bought a water heater from Prime last year and was really pleased with that installation, too. Thanks Prime!

Quickly diagnose the source and told me how much it would cost, Also let me know that it was in still in warranty and the i would only had to paid for the service, the other company that had looked at it never mention anything about this. I agree to go ahead with the service and had it running in no time. Professional and well matter will definite hire for any other service needed they are great!!!

Wonderful. Neal came right out to give me a estimate the day after I called him. I contracted them on 7/20 and they we here 8/1 to install it.The install went smoothly. They know what there doing. They cleaned up after themselves and left evertthing spotless. Great company. Small compared to the other I contacted but bigger is not better.

Antonio was considerate and respectful! He did a wonderful job and found the problem and solved it quickly! I was very happy with the service and relieved that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I was also happy I was able to be seen that day, expecially during a heat wave where I’m sure you were very busy! Thank you for your help!

Wonderful experience! I called Duane Friday late afternoon when my Water heater wouldn't start. He gave me some pointers over the phone on things to try. The other vendors I called wouldn't even want to try to repair the Water Heater. When nothing worked, I called Prime back for them to come replace the water heater. Duane gave me an approximate cost of $900.00 for replacement, $200 BELOW the others I called. I also used the Angie's List coupon for an additional $25 off. Neal called back - we scheduled it for Monday morning first thing. Monday Morning @ 8, I got a call from Neal saying they were coming over between 8:30 & 9. Just after 9AM, Tony showed up Neal came over a little later to assist Tony for a while. Both Tony and Neal were superb in their politeness and professionalism. The work got done in about 3 hours, due to a run out to Home Depot for a couple parts. The Water Heater works GREAT. I would hire them in an instant for any needs. Awesome service!!!

Prime gave me the best price and came the same afternoon that I called. The guy did as much as he could to fix my A/C but it had to finish thawing before he could determine what had caused my unit to freeze into a block of ice. before i could even call him to come back the next day, he called me to ask if i wanted him to come within the hour to complete the job. everything's working fine now, and we know exactly what happened to cause the unit to freeze up, and we know what to do for routine maintenance. Thank you, Prime!

After a few minor glitches with financing, Duane and Neal were completely professional, on time, did excellent quality work, cleaned up thoroughly and left us with a beautiful wall unit that works very well. Will definitely work with them again!
