Tony, the technician was very professional and explained things simply so I could understand. He was polite and courteous, and was careful about not tracking dirt into the house. He replaced the condenser and filter and topped off the refrigerant, in addition to the standard check up. The unit is now running great.

These are the guys to hire. We have baseboard hot water heat and wanted a whole house air conditioning system. They had to install all the duct work and mechanical equipment to run the system. Our house is fairly large and we needed two separate condensers and air handlers to accomplish the task. We have 4 zones for the A/C. Dwayne and his crew came out, specified what we needed. They quoted the job quickly and scheduled and completed the job exactly as they said they would. We asked for a couple of modifications once they started - we wanted wifi thermostats. They quoted them on the spot and brought them the next day and installed them. They had to run special wiring for one of the thermostats... no problem. When the system was running for the first time the air flow was not quite right. We called and Dwayne came out the next day and fixed it. We got several quotes before we hired Prime Air. They were the best quote and they seemed like they were knowledgeable. We are very happy. They did a great job. We are Angie's List members and we would recommend them highly.

My furnace is apparently enamored of Prime, as it did the same thing as last month: clog up something important that panicked the burner into immediately turning itself off only seconds after turning itself on. This was not an emergency but I still got an appointment within a couple of days. Duane came out and brought with him everything he needed. He was on time, recognized the problem, and was patient with me standing around and asking questions. After fixing the furnace so when it turned on it actually stayed on, he inspected more of the pipe that leads away from the furnace. He found a couple of rust spots, discovered the roof vent didn't have a cap and was letting in moisture, and explained why these things were clogging up the safety thing. Later, he sent an easily understandable repair estimate that included everything; no surprise additional payments. I like all inclusive bills as I know what a repair will cost and don't have to try and budget for end work fees. My only suggestion is a professional badge with picture and company name be considered. The architect who designed these townhouses apparently felt the only thing a resident wanted to see through the front door is the front lawn; vehicles pulled up to the garage can't be seen. Answering the door to a stranger is worrisome.

I contacted Neal Carr by his website email and he got back to me in a little over 24 hours. With the fine timing only seen from appliances, my gas furnace stopped producing significant heat on Friday night. As I could wait, Neal scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. I was particularly pleased he made the arrangements by email, as that's easiest for me. He provided the name of the technician; it's nice to know who's coming and I think it shows a well organized business. Antonio Flores was the technician. He arrived within the agreed on time period, was knowledgeable, good natured and patient. He didn't seem to mind me hanging around and saying "what's that?" Antonio spent a little extra time making sure the problem I had was the only problem. He was nice enough to do a little extra cleaning and check the air filter. The diagnosis, repair and cleaning of the furnace was done in a little over an hour. He cleaned up after himself and put things back where he found them. He showed me the bill on his tablet, explained what was done, and sent me a copy while we stood there. He mentioned there were maintenance plans but didn't push. The only thing I would like to see addressed was the unavoidable tracking in of snow. I don't expect that shoes will be taken off, but something that reduces how much is left on the floor where I don't see it until I've stepped on it would be nice. Prime Heating and Air responded quickly, sent out a knowledgeable and pleasant technician, provided a bill easy to understand, and the technician did a little extra to fix the problem and check for other problems. I would definitely hire them again.

Very pleased with the work. If I have any criticism it would have to be the fact that they said they would arrive at 3pm to give an estimate and didn't arrive until after 6pm.

Came to my home in 20 minuets. Checked my furnace out. I was putting too Much money in it with different companies getting no where. Just charging me much funds. Time to replace. The old furnace was installed in 1999. Superior Construction, my brother DAVE DONHAUSER installed. Prime team, was able within 20 minutes to place a new furnace. Great team work. Superb workmanship. Could not ask for any better service. Put down a Tarps as I am all carpet. Careful and respectful. Can’t say enough. I would not use any other company. Don’t think twice about this company. I asked my brother as he is a contractor for 50 years.....he said yes go with this company...he knew of them. Told him the price...he said, Mare go for it. He builds 2 million homes around the area. Our furnace stopped working during the night. It was 50 degrees in the house. I called at 7:45 am and someone was at our door at 8:35 am to look at it. Excellent service!

We needed a quick water heater replacement when our old one leaked all over the basement floor. Called first thing in the morning and did not expect we'd have the replacement until the next day. They were very accommodating and were here with the replacement early afternoon and finished in about 2 hours. The cost, while expensive, was in line with what we believe it should have been for a 75 gal. Bradford White water heater. (The Bradford White we replaced lasted 20 years!) Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Amazing! Duane is the best HVAC man I have ever come across. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to do things the right way the first time. I will be having him come back in the spring to service my AC for the summer.

These guys are top notch, recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Being a single homeowner and bot knowing much about this kinda stuff I was afraid I'd be taken advantage of and all places I was looking were way more than prime. Furnace flame sensor needed to be replaced and the blower needed to be cleaned. The work was done the day after Christmas. He arrived quickly, worked fast, and fixed the problem that same night. He was very professional, provided some insightful advise, and didn't try to sell you on anything. Would definitely hire again and plan on reccomending him to others.

It was on a Saturday and they got here within an hour. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how to fix it. It was taken care of quickly and even though it was a weekend rate, the cost was reasonable. I'm very happy with the service and I will definitely be calling them in the spring to work on my A/C.

It went just fine. I moved into the condo mid year, and hadn't had the furnace looked at until now. It needed cleaning pretty badly. Duane also made sure the humidifier was working properly with the thermostat.

The furnace tune up was excellent; and this was the 2nd visit, from last year's work for tune up of the air conditioning system, & they did a good job before, that is why i hired them again this year.
